I got the small signet ring for a little gift for myself back in 2019. I had been wanting to have one and I had been eyeing on it. When I received it in the mail it was the perfect size and it fit perfectly fine. The color does fade away, but 1 year later and it’s still in a good condition. I ended up buying another one again!

A great ring I'm so proud to wear it. And I want to say Customer Support was superb. Altogether a fantastic experience.

I originally had doubts about doing this but they ended up coming thru with a wonderful custom ring. It looks just like my logo and the side placed initials and year are perfect. The inside engraving was something I wanted and it turned out nice even though it was smaller then expected. Overall, for the money, it was a very nice quality ring and done exactly to what I wanted. I also like the nice box it came in. Beautiful ring and a very good price.

Just received our second order since we loved the first and once again loved it. They increased the font size so the words stood out. Great to work with. Thank you!

I would like to update my review after finally receiving my ring. I only got a response from them after writing a review which was a bit frustrating since I had sent them numerous previous emails. Thankfully I received the ring a couple of days later! The outside packaging was a really odd shape and the label was twisted so I wonder if that is why so many people have shipping problems. The ring was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The engraved inside is quite small though. Otherwise I am very happy with the ring and I have updated my star reviews.

Original review: I was so excited about getting a ring for my boyfriend's birthday. I ordered it a month in advance and once the design was approved I was told it was made and shipped out with express DHL 1-3 day shipping. It has been a month now and I have not received the ring and no one is responding to my emails. I saw so many positive reviews which made me so hopeful but now I am worrying this could be a scam. I will update if I hear back from them or get the ring.

Very helpful and good for the cost!

This company definitely mislead customers. When placing my order, representative was very helpful. After a few days and not receiving my product, I contacted the company and asked when my product would ship. They informed me via email, that they were working on the product and I would receive a tracking number in a few days, this order was placed in earlySeptember, it is now mid October and nothing. I received a rating request, to rate my product, and I commented to them how can I rate something that I have not received, it has been over six weeks since I’ve placed my order and nothing. Today, I requested a refund, and no response as of yet.

It has now been two months since I placed my order for a personalizes necklace. I have contacted and received responses from this company several tImes, assuring me that my product is almost complete, that the material that they are using is very delicate and this is why the process is taking so long. I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m being deceived and may lose my $172.00.
I had read some of the reviews and believe that they are truly fake, because of what I’m experiencing with them. A family detailed crest ring made within two weeks, when my order is a simple nameplate necklace !!!
I have truly learned my lesson about ordering online and even believing reviews, because I’m now aware that scammers can write their own reviews (not saying that this company is definitely doing this, considering , we will never know exactly who is writing the review). My online orders going forward, will definitely be through well known companies such as Amazon who sells through other merchants/vendors, where they monitor your purchases and if you haven’t received your merchandise by the estimated delivery date, they intervene.

When I received the product, I realized that most of the reviews written were fake. It has an incredibly lousy support mechanism. It took five days to get answers to my questions. When I wanted to change the product, they told me what they did not write in detail on their return policy. How can it be my fault if the product is hit in the cargo? They said I could not return the product incorrectly, and I am completely done with this site. I wanted to write a realistic comment here. Other people are not mad.

After placing an order for my husband, I had a draft of my ring design and amazing customer service support within 48 hrs. My Husbands ring arrived on time and is stunning!! Better than I could have imagined. Thank you Minimalist Design for outstanding customer service!

After 3 months of waiting, my ring came in at 14k gold instead of 18k and missing critical parts of the crest. They offered to replace it but it was such a bad experience, I just wanted a refund. After returning the ring to their facility, I still have not received any return communication regarding my refund after 2 months!

I bought a rose gold (over silver) signet ring, and it is gorgeous. Considering all of the detail work..... an old English family crest with the family name, along with additional graphics on each of the ring shoulders....
It is absolutely perfect. Superb craftmanship in every detail. Packaging was exactly like a ring you purchased at a fine jewelers, and shipping was very quick. This shop is extraordinary! Many Thanks for all your exceptional efforts, they were appreciated!
