Been waiting over a month for an order. Sent 4 emails to their customer service team. No response. Total scam. The bigger issue here is that Instagram needs to start taking more accountability for allowing these fake vendors use their platform to extort moment out of people.

This is a total scam website. I did not receive my order worth around $290. There is no customer service because it’s a scam

Awful experience. Cheap material, poor sizing, and clearly no relation to the advertising

I got the wrong size
They offer me a new one i just have to pay for shipping the best experiences ❤️

They sent me a suit that didn’t fit me which was fine as I assumed I could return it due to this case AND the suit was in the packaging but it turns out Minimal Vintage support doesn’t want to give me my money back and said they’d send me another suit for $75. Do not place your faith in this company and they are extremely untrustworthy and greedy, you’re better off going to a store in person or someone else. NOT here

They don’t even send product. Don’t buy anything there!!!

Terrible customer service, who does not reply back for a refund even though I have followed their refund policy and have left unresponsive for almost a month, terrible quality and the loafers does not even fit the color on the website

Beware that “Minimal Vintage” produce low quality products made from poor quality materials. Purchased two pairs of “MV Italian style trousers” (made and shipped from their factory in China). The fabric is very thin and seems easily susceptible to breaking if small amounts of pressure are applied.

Their refund/return policy also seems designed to not be fair. It was made clear that only a store credit or size swap is available (at your cost to ship back to China), which ends up costing you more than it’s worth. Neither of these options seem fair given there was no way you could tell how bad the quality is.

Think twice before purchasing anything from Minimal Vinatage

Ordered a pair of trousers on line. It took well over a month to be delivered.
The fit was small and I was not happy with the quality.
I read the returns policy which states that you need to email their support address to then receive the return address on email. Why ?
I have now emailed twice , a week apart, and I am yet to receive a response.
All I want to do is return the ill fitting item but cannot get any response from the company on email and I want my money back.
I am not impressed

Waited for like a month for the item that i was soooo looking forward to but it never arrived. Their package tracker was very bad too. I have sent an email just now to get a refund so will see how their support is.

Absolutely horrendous cheap material, no brand labels inside and no material labels.

This is a scam, nothing more, nothing less.

Don't get ripped off like I did.

Pretty sure they're a clothing company that just sends dropshipping products from China but markets them as "the real deal". I ordered one "linen" shirt, but what I got has no material labels and the only label on the collar just says "FASHIONS 2", not even MINIMAL VINTAGE or anything. It doesn't feel like linen, I have real linen to compare. Pretty sure it's just some poly-chain plastic shirt. Package came from China but has no return address. I wrote to this company via email but have had no reply in a week. Unless I see something that changes my mind about the company, I think they're a sham. Don't be like me and order from ads on Instagram without researching properly...
