Excellent Shipping Experience…
I have purchased mini splits several times before from discount vendors. They always came via FedX or UPS with the boxes tossed around and shipping damage. Mini Splits 4Less shipped on a pallet all wrapped up and delivered by a lift gate truck. Excellent shipping

Upon delivery.
Upon delivery.. my condenser (outside unit) was wrapped and shipped upside down FROM THE FACTORY. Makes you question their attention to detail, if they couldn't even spot something as noticeable as that.

1-Ton Ductless Mini Split
The item arrived two days before promised shipping arrival. The delivery signature required was clearly communicated. Received the ductless mini-split faster than I could have gotten one from Lowe's or Home Depot without having to drive to the store and deal with a counter clerk who couldn't figure out how to order one anyway. It was competitively priced or cheaper, too.

Amazon dropped the ball, MS4L stepped in.
Amazon dropped the ball on an order for our customer who had no heat or air. We called MiniSplits4Less and they were very helpful, got a unit out the door to us in 2 days and we were able to complete the install before the weekend heatwave for the customer. Will only order directly from MS4L from now on! Thanks!

Best customer response to my many questions coupled with the best pricing that I could find. I know now that I do not need to shop around to so many sies to find the best price coupled with both technicians and sales personnel that answer questions without always trying to close a quick sale.
