Minisplits4less is a truly exceptional company to work with - the entire order and delivery was superb and actually the equipment was delivered several days ahead of schedule. In addition, the delivery driver was very careful in handling the equipment and assisted with placing the boxes in exact location. Minisplits4Less is ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES that I’ve ever dealt with. They flat-out REFUSED to accept a return on a brand-new unit that was never opened, never touched, still in perfect condition. We even said we would cover the costs ourselves for returning it, and instead of showing a shred of honesty, they completely ignored us, dodged our messages, and hid behind pathetic excuses.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM OPERATION that takes your money and then vanishes when you need customer service. They do not care about their customers, they do not stand behind their products, and they will do everything possible to avoid doing the right thing.

If you’re thinking of buying from them, DON’T. Save yourself the headache and go with a business that has integrity, because Minisplits4Less has none. Dishonest, unprofessional, and disgraceful.

Product was good price. I ordered and paid for a 25ft line set but was given a 16 footer.

Shipped as described, you won’t get any notifications until 3-4 days. Shippers were very prompt, no damage to boxes.
