Italian pickpocketers foiled
I took this purse with me on our trip to Italy for my daughter’s wedding. After we traveled to Rome and got caught in a pick pocketing mob on the Metro. They surrounded us - crowding and jostling my friend and I. I was able to break away. While they trapped me they were able to unsnap and get it through the hoop but could not open in fully. I am so thankful for the construction of this purse. My friend was not so lucky. You never think it’s gonna happen to you but when it does, they are fast and professional. This purse slowed them down. It’s my go to purse from now on.

The service is unbelievable!
The service is unbelievable! I have purchased 2 bags that I love. I had removed the strap on my Aphrodite bag while traveling ( I was using the handle). I left the strap behind on the ship. I was sick over my mistake esp as the bag is new. I wrote to Minooy and they replaced the strap for free and within 2 weeks. I can’t thank this company enough and will sing their praises to anyone who will listen.

The purse arrived on time and was beautifully wrapped in a really nice box. Very high quality. The purse itself is gorgeous and I love it. I have not used it yet as I am saving for our trip to Italy. I feel it will be perfect!

Great company!
Minooy has good customer service, great response time, fast shipping. The Aphrodite cross body bag is perfect for this person on the go. I particularly like the handle which I grab when getting out of the car!! I do think they could afford to offer a flat return shipping rate.

Exactly as described and worth the money!
I received my bag an incredible three days after ordering. It was EXACTLY as described and it’s beautiful. It came in a grey velvet bag within a black box with a magnetic closure. I have several entry level designer and collectible handbags. I would consider my Naya Crossbody from Minooy to be of similar quality and, in some ways, better design. I researched the company carefully because I’ve been burned before with bags made in China. I am very happy with my purchase and I am considering other bags in different colors.

I looked at their website for months trying to decide on taking a chance and buying one of their purses. I finally took a chance and bought one. I purchased the Naya crossbody bag recently for my trip to France and it worked beautifully. Small enough to carry sightseeing and big enough to hold two pairs of glasses, a pocket for my phone and all my credit cards and essentials. Plus it has theft prevention. It looked so cute too!

Very Very bad service.
I ordered a purse. the picture showed a purse with a shoulder strap. It came without. Terrible communication. They asked me to send a picture of the problem. Duh! No shoulder strap. Uploaded a picture of a purse with no shoulder strap. Then nothing. I've emailed them and still nothing. I told them after a few days that they had shitty service. Then they got nasty and said they wouldn't read my review because it contained "profanity". Hmmm? Don't order from them. They really do have shitty service and I I'm not afraid to say it. No answers

Fake stiff "leather". Poor quality and I have to believe the reviews are not legit. Expect a month for delivery from China. Shop US!. The vendor reply says the leather is high quality. This isn't true as leather doesn't flake and crack!!
