I got the miracle wand and had a small issue the customer service was excellent and everything was resolved quickly without any problems , it’s also a great product works well

Ive now bought 4 of the miracle wands
Ive now bought 4 of the miracle wands, 3 for myself for each bathroom and 1 for my parents. They saw mine and loved it. The kids actaully now clean the toilets.

Could you kindly double-check inside the box of each wand or inside the holder, as 6pcs refills should be placed there in each box, with 4 bags (24pcs) packed separately outside the boxes.

I was very happy with how this product…
I was very happy with how this product cleaned, but found the wand a bit hard to pick up the sponges. Overwise it's great......I will buy more sponges later in the future. Thank you.

Not as easy as advertised
Advertising shows that you just click on and off you go to clean the toilet.
Not that easy to click on the cleaning pads, you have to push down the clip to clip it on to the wand and half the time I need to take the cleaning pad out of the holder and clip it on by hand.
I bought 3 of these for hygiene purposes, but elderly parents cannot use at all to hard for them

I love the handle and storage unit
I love the handle and storage unit. The pads are good but could use some more solution on them and could be more rigid so you could give the porcelain a good rub.

I am extremely happy with my purchase with miracle mop.
My new cleaning set up is neat and tidy! I’ve found it easy to connect my cleaning sponge to the wand, it’s super easy to clean all areas of the toilet and I love how sanitary it is when you un click the dirty sponge straight into the bin.
It’s now a much more enjoyable task!
