I got the miracle wand and had a small issue the customer service was excellent and everything was resolved quickly without any problems , it’s also a great product works well

It's total versatility
This is a mere male answering.! Love it, Total versatility from floor to ceilings, not 100% perfect but real close, That is not it's ability, that is the bucket, But the bucket is so designed for the mop, as long as you don't carry the bucket (its balance) use the wheels.
However! Somebody did some real thinking and made a great product, I have used to seal lino floors with as well, brilliant.! Love it and it packs away to nothing,! awesome, no kidding.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would
If I could give minus 5 stars I would. I would highly recommend you steer clear from this company. Mop took forever to arrive. It's cheap looking and from day 1 did not click together to form a working mop. The pads would not stay on the end of the mop and parts would not connect. The company responded with over 40 emails saying please find a video of how to assemble attached. This took months of back and forward. They refused my refund due to being outside the 30 day time frame thanks to their constant deflection in emails. So I wasted money on a product that is cheap and does not work. I will never buy through this company again.

The person I had contact with, was honest and informed me in a direct and friendly way. The product was just as advertising promised. The mop is even better than I expected. It took two days longer than I thought it would. However the way things go now a days, I would say yes it was delivered in good condition and promptly

Beware of this company and the false Trustscore reviews
Beware of this company Trustpilot trustscore have no record of legitimate reviews. I purchased miracle mop based on the reviews and after receiving wanted to return the unused product because of the poor quality. Their website claims a 30 day money back guarantee but this is false and they will not send me a return postage label as also claimed on website. Keep offering me a 30% discount which I dont want otherwise I have been told to post back to Netherlands from Australia if I want a refund. There is nowhere on their website to leave a review. Have sent about 8 emails trying to get my money back. Do not go near this mob without trying to click on reviews. Scammers
