Misen's customer service was fantastic, and their products (the carbon nonstick frying pans) exceeded even my wildest expectations. I'll be a customer for life.

I lucked out and got a super deal on the 5qt Dutch oven and couldn’t be happier, it was shipped securely and quickly. It arrived in perfect shape and it works great and cleans up even better

I never heard of this company before, but their carbon steel pans were recommended by some on Reddit. We wanted some safe non-stick pans, and found the Carbon Nonstick on kickstarter. They are easily the best, safest, and most durable non-stick cookware available. Misen's instructions are also very specific and the company seems very responsive. Although we haven't needed customer service, I'm confident they're as great as the Carbon Nonstick pans. At the price point, it's unbeatable.

Misen has been a trusted company for the past 8 years, starting with my 8" Chef Knife Kickstarter pledge in 2017. I have pledged on 3 different products from Misen, and received clear updates, acknowledgments and in the end the product I was hoping for. Each time my expectations were exceeded. In fact, I went back to Misen and ordered the complete knife, non-stick pan and recently, carbon steel non-stick pan set based on being thrilled with my pledged unit. I look forward to their next innovative offer and will be an early pledge. I highly recommend Misen products.

Saw the new pans from Misen on Kickstarter as looking to replace pans that were non stick and flaking. Amazing campaign that well exceeded the goal. Received them and wow, amazing Pans! They are the best I have ever felt in my hand and they truly are non-stick out of the box with no coating. Check out YouTube videos for this great cookware!!

Misen did a great job with the Kickstarter video on their new Carbon Nonstick pans. I did not hesitate and got all three sizes at the Early Bird rate. I had already bought a knife and a carbon steel pan through Misen Kickstarters, so I knew of Misen's honesty and quality.

They provided updates along the way of pan production and delivered the pans when promised. Beautiful, safe, packaging with free shipping.

Everything they said in the Kickstarter video is true. You can use metal utensils, dish soap, acid, leave the pans soaking, they are lighter than their regular carbon steel pans, have great heat distribution, and become even more non-stick over time.

I only wish I had thought to order a few more pans at the Early Bird price for gifts.

Better than I hoped. It lived up to the hype. All carbon steel (so works with all heating sources) and safe for use with any utensils and truly non stick. I was amazed how well it performed for the 1st two uses. First use was making Chinese stir fry. Nothing sticks, not even thick sauces. Clean with a paper towel. Next time was Hamburger Helper lasagna. Nothing sticks and even heating. Ready to start something a little more gourmet now that I'm sure about the pan's performance.

The Carbon Non-Stick 10" skillet more than lived up to its expectations! Very leery to see something like this on the Web because of all the "scams" out there so I only bought 1 size...Wishing I bought all 3. Delivered when promised as well!

That pan works just as promised. Used it several times already, and everything just slid out. No sticking. My only issue with this pan is that it does not have a matching lid. In all of my lids collection I could not find a lid to match. Misen, please make a lid to match!

Misen was very easy to work with. Orders arrived well packed and on time. I ordered three pans and they are wonderful! Easy to clean, keep temperature at medium, a good weight, comfortable to hold. Enjoyable to cook with them. I use one of the pans twice a day everyday. Nice ourchases.

Misen is one of the best companies to work with. Order process is easy. The product is shipped quickly. It is packaged well to protect it and should you have an issue, they are immediate to respond and make it right. I've bought many different items from them and have never been disappointed

I have bought many things from Misen over the last four or five years (three types of frying pans, pots, kitchen utensils, and knives), and the service and level of communication has always been great. When one of my pans was a "spinner" it was replaced immediately. Same for a spoon that broke too soon. The people I've dealt with have really seemed to enjoy what they do and do their best to keep the customer satisfied.

Misen knives are decent, but the company is dishonest. I bought my knives, and willingly paid what I did, because they offered free lifetime sharpening. They randomly decided to stop offering this service but didn't offer to grandfather in the customers who'd bought the knives under this condition. As far as I'm concerned, they are unreliable and don't mind lying to their customers. I will never buy from them again.

While I've shopped from Misen before and had fine experiences, this time they went above and beyond when there was an issue with my package delivery. I sent the initial message and within 2 days they confirmed that a new product was on the way without making me jump through any hoops. I'll gladly recommend them to my friends and family knowing they have awesome products and customer service.
