J’ai acheté trois poêles via Kickstarter, présentées comme antiadhésives et d’une qualité exceptionnelle censée durer toute une vie. C’est totalement faux. Je ne suis pas le seul à le constater : la majorité des personnes ayant participé à la campagne se plaignent de la mauvaise qualité du produit.

Je ne peux parler que des poêles, mais si elles reflètent le reste de leurs articles, il ne fait aucun doute que tout est aussi médiocre. Ils prétendent qu’en cas de problème, il suffit de les contacter pour un remboursement ou un remplacement, mais malgré plusieurs tentatives et plusieurs mois d’attente, je n’ai jamais reçu la moindre réponse.

À éviter absolument.

The misen frying pans boast non toxic and non stick.
We used them in our restaurant and the food stuck to the pans and also had a very low burning point.
Contacted misen and the didnt respond and have offered no support.

Bought nonstick pans via KS. After a few uses pans are not non stick anymore. Company is actively censoring reviews on its site and after a response they would be in touch - they hve not. I would recommend checking some youtube reviews of these pans, very worrying they seem coated on frst arrival and even the rivets are coated (from NO COATING for the pan) super suss and very dodgy for a company to actively deceive customers by hiding reviews.

Ive purchased many items for myself and gifts for family and friends and have been very happy with all the products. Ive had only one issue with a defect in a pan and it was replaced quickly.

So far these pans have been living up to their nonstick promise and we love how lightweight they are. The larger pan does seem to heat faster in the center, but we’re still in the testing/learning phase. We wish the pans were a bit deeper to make it more difficult to flip ingredients over the rim onto the stove. But all in all a very good product at a reasonable price.

I took part in the fundraising campaign through Kickstarter.
I received my three pans two weeks ago.
I avoided using acidic foods as written in the instructions, and 01 october I made tomato sauce for the first time.
The taste was terrible, very bitter, and I had to throw away the food.
Now the pan looks like this. I’m worried because I ate a little of the food with that taste, and the pan seems ruined.
I sent an email to their custome center to know what happened and what I can do but after the First automatic reply they have disappeared.
I wrote to Consumer Union to ask support for a strong Action, if you have problem with they please send message to CU for a Class Action. Is not serious sell with out manage problem, Especially when there is a risk to human health. I don’t know what I swallowed.

Slowest shipping I have ever experienced for a product, even slower than the original expected delivery date (which was already slow). Product is great, but product creation and/or shipping is atrocious.
EDIT: Changed to 4 stars based on response from Misen. Appreciate the response! I know the pan was on "pre-sale" when I purchased - the expected ship date was pretty far into the future to account for that. That date was still missed, sadly. All that said, the pan is really incredible, so I have NO REGRETS!

Funded their newest product, the carbon steel pan on kickstarter.so far I have not received it. Every attempt to contact the company is met with an Auto generated response from an AI bot. Any human contact through email only includes the AI bought address so my responses go directly to that and I never hear from a human again. other products from Misen are just fine. I just want my pans.

This company consistently produces high-quality products. I recently picked up a few of the Carbon Non-stick frying pans, and so far, these pans are just fantastic. I'm excited to see how they progress with use.

Misen has great products at reasonable prices. I have purchased from them several times over the years, namely kitchen knives and saute pans.
Latest purchase was a 10" and 12" Nitride Carbon Steel Pans. I am amazed at how good these pans are. Cook great and truly non-stick, but I have only had these for a few weeks. Clean up is a breeze, better than my carbon steel and stainless pans. I am confident that these will live up to all my expectations. I have read nothing but great reviews about them.
Only negative is it took 2 months from order to when I received them. The response has been so great for this new product that it took them a while to fill the orders.

I have bought several frying pans and many knives from Misen over the years. I love everything I have purchased. Their products are very high quality. This is why I ordered their new Carbon Nonstick pans through the prelaunch even though I'd have to wait a few months to get them. It was well worth the wait. These are pans I will have for the rest of my life.

The pans were delivered when Misen said and they were beautifully boxed and protected.

When we pre-ordered the carbon nonstick pans we were unsure of how well the Misen company would honor their commitment and how well these pans would perform. Well, Misen lived up to their promises both on delivery and how well the pans performed. These are hands down the best frying pans we've ever used. Their nonstick is top notch, they sear as well as any cast iron we've ever used and cleanup is a breeze. Way to go Misen.

Went to checkout, filled out address and contact information but did not complete and did also not accept email marketing. But then they started sending me emails anyway. I responded to one of them saying that I never approved this and no response - well, except more email marketing.

Shopping at Misen is always great. Great products, fair prices, and excellent customer service!

I offered my honest review on the Carbon Nonstick pans, and mentioned that the only issue I had with the pans was the”low” temperature of 500F…Misen people took this issue to heart and retested the pans and found that they could handle 900F!!!! Misen will update the pans specifation to reflect this change. Bravo…

Retired chef here. I love the knives and pans I’ve gotten from Misen. And their latest nonstick carbon pans are almost unbelievable. I signed up for the Kickstarter, and the company has kept me informed about production and Shipping at every step of the way without being obnoxious about it!
Very good products that I rave about to everyone.
