The product is good. The communication is down to earth. I think it's a good company and I was happy to purchase from them and will refer people to them. I didn't love the combination of knives I purchased. They are definitely good. It's just an odd combination for me.

To say these are non-stick is an overt overstatement. My cast iron works better and yet the Misen still require more religious "seasoning" to even come close. We've followed all instructions, care procedures (MUCH more than their pre-purchase marketing conveys) and scrape eggs out every day. Really disappointed.

BTW...We have used every day since we got them in August, so we've tried and really wanted them to work

I purchased several different pots and pans from Misen right before Christmas. I was needing to replace a cheap ceramic non stick set that was given to me when I bought my home 2 years ago, they had already lost their nonstick among other things. I had been considering Misen pans for a while and finally made the purchase. I'm so glad I do, I have been loving them!! I have had to learn to cook eggs in them, but that wasn't too bad once I figured out how to properly heat them etc, and I never want to go back to a standard nonstick again! I had an issue with the 12" pan that I purchased, but when I contacted Misen's customer service they were so helpful and quick to respond! I am not kidding when I say that it was the best experience I have ever had with customer service!! They listened to the issue and were so helpful in getting a replacement pan for me. I am so glad to have bought these pans from them and will definitely purchase anything else I need from them as well! I highly recommend this company and can't thank them enough for being so nice and helpful and overall a great company!

I bought the "Pre-Seasoned Carbon Steel Frying Pan" for over €100.

The website shows the pan in action in short videos. In one video, a fried egg is casually swirled around in the pan with the caption "This pan has it all."
The pan is described as versatile and also suitable for scrambled eggs.

I use a lot of oil, and everything sticks. I mainly fry delicate foods like eggs and fish. For a pan that costs over €100 and is specifically advertised for this purpose, I've had a completely different experience.

On heat setting 4 out of 9, it takes forever for the raw scrambled eggs to change consistency, and even then, they stick immediately. I've tried various high-quality oils, but nothing helps. Even huge amounts of oil don't make a difference.
I've been using the pan several times a day for a while now, but even a "natural" coating doesn't help. A complete product failure...

Excited to get my pan, super happy with the Customer Service. I received from the company. First and foremost, they were quick to respond and solve the issue immediately. I always appreciate great customer service.

The Misen Carbon Steel pans are NOT Nonstick and do NOT distribute heat evenly. The heat stays at the center of the pan and no matter how much oil you use everything STICKS. I kept trying, different heat settings, different amounts of oil, but no matter what I did, everything STICKS. I wish I had RETURNED these pans but when I looked at the refund policy it showed I would only receive a credit towards another purchase. So I kept them, and kept using them, hoping I would figure them out, but no luck. I've waited 4 months to leave my review, hoping the pans would live up to the hype. THEY DON'T. I wish I had researched this company and their return policy more thoroughly before I purchased a 3-pan set. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Order #1423018

From the jump, the customer experience & service have been second to none. From the email reminder that "something is still in your cart" to the step-by-step updates post purchase, eventually ending with me reaching out because my order was inadvertently short. They immediately made it right. I've hardly gotten to use them yet, but all the products seem to be of high-quality thus far, too.

Had a delivery hiccup with my Carbon Nonstick pan order, and Misen resolved it faster than I ever expected. They sent a replacement immediately after I reached out. The pan itself is fantastic, but the support team is the real standout. Highly recommend!

I received my Misen chef knife as a gift more than 5 years ago and couldn’t be happier! I have used it on a daily basis since receiving. Was sad to see the tip break off while i was cutting a pepper and figured I would reach out to Misen. To my surprise, they offered to send me a brand new replacement! I couldn’t be happier and this is makes my decision easier when it comes to purchasing new cookware in the near future! Kudos, Misen!

Solid pots and pans and good customer service!

I bought a set of Misen knives around 2018. At that time the company was offering free life time sharpening. They have now reneged on this part of the deal. They will not honor their offer of free life time sharpening. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC.

I ordered the Misen 8 & 10” carbon nonstick pans hoping they would be nonstick enough without the toxic chemicals. They are excellent. Even for eggs. I did have an issue where the 8” arrived damaged. Misen customer service was great and replaced it quickly with no hassle.

Carbon non-stick are the best pans I have ever used. So easy to use and take care of, and no PFAS coatings. There customer support is also top notch. Reached out when part of my order was missing, and they replaced it right away. Great company, great products.
