My wife and I purchased a full Misen cookware set 2 years ago. We use at minimum the small frying pan every single day. Most days we use multiple pieces. We love knowing that what we cook our food in is safe and stainless is the best way. Sure, cast iron is great too but let’s be honest, way more upkeep. My wife cooks and I clean up after. She absolutely loves getting her Misen cookware out and making dishes and I absolutely love knowing that I can scrub the you know what outta these pots and pans and no matter what, you can’t hurt these things. This cookware is incredibly well built and as someone who appreciates good craftsmanship, it doesn’t get better than these. Some people might not like how heavy they are but for me it is one of my favorite things about the product. It truly feels like something that will last forever (and I know it will). My wife and I talk all the time about how this cookware will be handed down to our children. We were so excited when we saw Misen added a 6.75q Dutch oven as it is currently soup season and this is the perfect addition to our set. So we purchased it. I had a 10% off coupon that I used and was beyond happy. However, it was 2 days before the Black Friday sale of 25% (I know I should’ve have waited). Anyway, I reached out to customer service to ask if they would refund me the extra 15%. Long story long, before I even saw a response I saw the refund confirmation. Misen is truly an amazing company all the way around. The product is truly unmatched and customer service is top tier. You get to email an actual human and in a world of AI chat bots that means a lot! I can say my wife and I are customers for life!

I suffered from the situation where I had placed an order with Misen, and a few days later I noticed an ad for their goods at a 25% discount. I emailed Misen and explained the situation, asking if I could get a 25% discount even though my order was placed prior to the sale.
I was happy to have a reply in mere minutes stating they had credited my card! Excellent customer service!

I've been a Misen fan since their very first Kickstarter knife, and it's been impressive to watch them grow into a full cookware company without losing their standards. I now use their Dutch oven, stainless steel pots and pans, carbon nonstick pans, knife holders, and roasting pans. Everything is solid, well-designed, and built to last.

Their customer service deserves a mention too. When one of my pans warped, they resolved it within four hours — and I'm based in Switzerland. Quality products backed by responsive support. Worth the investment.

Besides loving their products, which we have in both our homes, it is a pleasure doing business with Misen! Their AI works so well on initial off hours contact. This is followed up sharply at 9:00 am the next day by a real person. It provides a great customer experience.

I ordered the first nonstick pan from Kickstarter. It arrived as promised. Loved it so much i ordered the 2 other sizes. We're a little over a month in, daily use and really great products.

I bought the skillet because it was recommended by Wirecutter. The company gave me so much information and good tips about the product and then followed up with hints and guidance. They were great.

Misen's website was easy to navigate and description were comprehensive. I was provided with shipping updates. I purchased a carbon steel frypan. Not only does it perform well but I can can tell it will last forever! No more replacing chemically laden nonstick pans when coating scratches. I use an induction cooktop and I have yet to find a pan with better heat distribution. I use a thin coat of avacado oil and have no problem with anything sticking. I find it preferable to cast iron at a much lighter weight, less impact to cooktop, and easier cleanup.
