This was the first time purchasing from Missguided because I need to try everything on & it was a good experience. Only 3 items were too big, very easy when printing out the return label, and getting an refund. I would order again.

Mandisa helped me via chat this evening. She's amazing!! I had a return issue where I shipped on 3/4 and the post office is still holding my return as of 3/10 with no updates. Mandisa immediately conducted research with my order and tracking# and immediately issued my refund. Missguided has a gem in Mandisa.
