These dresses are absolutely gorgeous and the prices are even better! I have gotten many dress from here and I will continue to get them! I am on daughter # 2’s wedding and I know this is where I’ll find the perfect dress for me!!
Thank you!

This company’s customer service and return process is completely horrible and bad. I received two items I ordered however they are small on me. I tried to contact customer service by email several times and it took them 3-5 days to respond. And the worst part is they told me to choose two other items, keep the dress & pay additional $70.00 and that’s not right! Or return It by post office which cost a lot! Please be aware customers who are buying dresses from Missord online site, that you’ll go through a lot of hassle, pay extra for shipping more than what you paid for the dress.
This site is deceiving and should be investigated regarding their return policy. They must provide phone number to contact and address where to return an item.

I can't give a good rating, because I have been trying since 8/21/2024 for someone with customer service to respond to my emails, but as of today 8/26/2024 no responds.

The dresses are GORGEOUS amazing quality! The service was amazing and quick!

Bellísimo vestido!!!… perfecto para ocasiones festivas , un poco largo.
Fiel a la foto, me gustó muchísimo 🤩

Very good quality and too cheap

Great product, fabric is nice, fits well. Delivery on time.
The jumpsuit slightly to long, will have to adjust it.

I love my dress!! It arrived quickly with a week. The color and fit are amazing. I can't wait to wear it.

Great experience thanks to you

It seemed like the outfits are beautiful and genuine. I like the fact that there were a lot of reviews that was for Star and five star.

All of the merchandise is beautiful! Checkout was simple! Can’t wait to receive my merchandise. I was so excited to read the reviews. That helped me to make my decision.

I am so thankful I found this website. I needed a formal gown for a wedding and fell in love with one. Shipping was fast and the dress is gorgeous!! It fits me like a glove and the quality is great!

customer service is kindly taking care of customer concern

Dress is beautiful heavier fabric than I thought .. fit is good but very long and needed to get it hemmed. Delivery was good came as stated on time.

After purchasing my dress I had no correspondence for some time. I tried the website and it was not recognised. Then I received a message stating in transit. Eventually it was finally received. Delivery was extremely long

The dresses were as described and exactly like the pictures. I read a lot of reviews before ordering and I can say that the reviews were accurate. The materials were of good quality, the finishings were well done, sizes were on point. I love the dresses and will buy again. Delivery was okay, got them within a week.

I really really love the dresses they are amazing and wow

My mom was pleased with her dress, fit her just right.

The fabric is so stretchy. However, there's no support in the chest area so better buy a push-up bra. Overall, it is a great dress!

I have a great experience with the company! The exchange process is going well. Now I am waiting for my exchange product. Thank you!
