I recently purchased from MREP CLO LTD through their site missrepresent.co.uk, and overall, it was a great experience. The service was fantastic, with fast delivery and good tracking updates. The clothing quality is generally impressive, especially the leggings and tracksuits, which were thick and well-made. However, I did notice some issues with wear on a hoodie and joggers after just one use, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the majority of the items were excellent, and the customer service was spot on. I’d still recommend them and would consider ordering again. 4 stars!

Terrible company pretty sure it’s all a scam. Ordered one item in 2 sizes and tried to send back the size that didn’t fit - ‘returns portal will be up in 48 hours’ then radio silence. That was 3 months ago. Have emailed and DM’d several times since, they have changed their name on Instagram to a different company name also which is sus. So looks like I’ve spent £70 on 2 of the same poorly made coords, one that doesn’t even fit. Excellent

I made and order from this company, the quality of the clothes were very poor. I enquired about returning the item am I was told the link would be up and running in 48 hours. This was 4 weeks ago, since then I have emailed several times, contacted on Facebook and Instagram and received no response. From the comments on their page it seems many customers are in the same situation DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Think this company has gone bust, they’ve disappeared from posting on Instagram, no response or refunds given to customers, only comments on their pictures are of people saying they’re scammers. Don’t use

Worst company ever and worst customer service. I have emailed them 4 times, Instagram DM’d them and had zero response but they can have to time to upload more “items” to their Instagram page. The products are not as described, awful quality and look nothing like the website images on the model. I don’t normally write reviews but In this case I feel like I have been totally scammed. Terrible company.

Scamers!! Avoid! It is almost a month when I’ve returned my order and no refund was issued! Customer service is awful, no reply! Opened a case through Paypal, hope I will get my money back. Although the quality of the clothes is really cheap.

Gosh!!! The worst Customer Service ever!!! I’ve never felt the need to give a bad review on any company my entire life but I just had to for this company. How can a big company like this not have a customer support system?!! They don’t provide a phone number but they NEVER respond to emails, DM or Comments. I have never had to resort to commenting on a business page just to find out about my order!! For a minute I actually thought I was being scammed!!! I had to LITERALLY spam their comment section at some point and that’s when they refunded my money. No explanation, no apologies, nothing!!! At least I got my money back. Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!! This way of running business is backwards. I didn’t leave Africa to come and suffer again with poor customer service!!!!

I placed an order which was a pre-order of an outfit. The order did not specify when the product would be in-stock. After nearly 3 weeks from the order date and with the item being in stock for a whole week, I still had not received my item or any tracking details. After many messages to the brand, with no response even though they had viewed my messages, I decided to comment on their Instagram page post. Only then did I get a response that I was getting a refund. If I had not done this, I believe I would never have got my money back from them. Appalling customer service, and I will definitely not be giving them my money again.

Sent my items back 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything about a refund. Have emailed 4 times and dmmed them and even commented on their posts on Instagram but no response. This company is an absolute disgrace not replying to customers and not giving refunds! Will definitely never shop from here again.

Absolutely love my top, it’s so gorgeous. I’m usually a 4/6 so decided to get a 4 so I know it would be tight fitted. However, the top still was loose. Sizing not accurate but clothings is gorgeous.
