really bad experience just talking by phone( Simon)
I was asking for the full price of the 18th edition. And the availability to book the test and the process. By a really rude way, the guy told me to pay first to course, then he will be able to provide the information.
I don't understand how they can hire ppl like that for a costumer service/ information.

Purchased the 18th edition wiring regs course to bring myself up to date. The most helpful parts of the package are the quizzes/exam type questions throughout each section and at the end of the learning, as they get you into the way of searching through the regs book for the answers and let you see where you went wrong. Without these, it would be a very dry read and much more difficult to extract the more relevant parts of the book.

I had a great experience with Simon Hodge as my trainer for my SHEA Power course. He was very informative and patient.

I used MJ Training to update my wiring regs and can’t fault the service! Very cost effective compared to other training providers and was able to sit the exam quickly and easily at a centre literally 5 mins down the road from my house! Would definitely use again!

I recently took my C&G 18th edition exam at a centre in Plymouth and found the whole experience exceptional. MJ Electrical Training are extremely good at communicating with the customer. They give very clear accurate guidance on what will happen on the day of the exam, putting you totally at ease. Exam results were emailed to me within 1hr. I have received my digital credential badge and e certificate, awaiting the hard copy from City & Guilds. If you are looking to do your exam any time soon, look up this company. Very professional and honourable. I highly recommend.

Are you looking to take the 18th edition but not take off days at work or lose your weekend with a training provider? Then this is the option for you. I worked through the revision material I was sent, and contacted MJ training within a few weeks to book my exam. They responded quickly, giving me a few options with times and locations. The exam took place on a Saturday morning, staff were friendly and put me at ease before the exam started. I completed the exam in a comfortable environment and was told the result immediately. I made it home before lunchtime which made the process feel like a swift no nonsense experience. Genuinely thankful MJ training made the last piece of electrical training for me (for a while) a very easy process.
