Andrew Bamber was the lead engineer on the installation and was extremely professional, courteous and an excellent ambassador for the company. Took time to explain what was involved and listened to my needs and suggestions. So good to have someone like Andrew involved, reassuring the customer throughout the installation with his approach. 👍

Very helpfull.

Two stars only for connecting the fibre cable at the telegraph pole. The rest of the install was a very poor experience. The so called technician was negative from the moment he arrived and everything seemed too much trouble like he just couldn't be bothered. Multiple times he shouted me to tell me there was a problem only for me to fix it in seconds. One of those times he was trying to plug the 13 amp router plug upside down!! Then he said he couldn't connect the phone because he needed an adaptor which was staring him in the face in the box the router had come in. When he had finally finished, he left a pile of brand new fibre cable that could have been used on another job and allnof his rubbish at the side of the house for me to clear away. I found chunks of brick that he had broken off whilst drilling the wall to secure his ladders and he screwed the cable anchor to my wooden fascia instead of the brick as I assume he couldn't be bothered to drill the wall again. Finally he left the old copper wire up so I now have 2 cables running to the house from the telegraph pole.

Mohammed Haroon was the engineer for this job and was incredibly courteous and professional. He talked me through all aspects of the process and was clearly proficient in his job. He tidied up as he went along and has left no trace apart from the equipment he was here to install. I couldn’t recommend this fine fella’s services enough. Top bloke and really good at his job!

Literally the rudest engineer came to install Cardiff, today. 'Morning, you alright?' - Engineer: 'No.' ... Ok, well welcome to my home, thanks for bringing that energy to where I live, disrespectful. 'I thought it was FTTC under the pavement being installed, not via a pole' - Engineer: 'Well you obviously dont know what you're talking about, FTTC is copper' ... 'Alright, so if you install will you drill in that wall or through the window upstairs' - Engineer: 'Well it doesnt matter because you dont want it installed' .... 'No, you're the subject matter expert I'm asking you what installation looks like so I can assess whether I want it or not.' dont take your lack of height and wonky eyes out on me.

His work was spotless, and he kept everything clean and tidy. He also tested the service before departing to confirm everything was running perfectly. Truly excellent service. Highly recommended.

Dave from M J Quinn responded to my review offering to look into things for me, despite the public offer of reviewing my complaint no further correspondence has been received, totally unprofessional and best avoided to complete your work on behalf of your broadband service.

Mohammed very friendly and helpful. Installation took a bit more work than expected but he stuck at it without shortcuts and was determined to leave a neat finish.

Really helpful engineer, very polite and worked hard all the time he was here, Mr Anoop Johal is a great worker.
