Mohammed Haroon, great service, polite brilliant approach to his work a credit to the company

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is shocking, no resolution can be found as MJ Quinn just pay lip service. Their broadband installation at my home is cosmetically appalling, with cracked and broken fittings and they think it's ok to plug in using extension leads. They think they can turn up when they like and put pressure on the customer to change their appointment at the very last minute. My appointment was pm but the turned up am and did all the external work when noone was home then rang me to say they were at my property and if I couldn't get someone there asap they would not be able to complete the job and I would have to wait for another day. An elderly relative went to my property and MJ Quinn installed the broadband as quickly as possible leaving a shocking mess and installed in a location unsuitable. Both MJ Quinn and BT do not want to resolve my issue. Avoid!

Job was done with no issue and good communication.
Found Billie to be very professional and tidy.

Billie arrived on time and was excellent in planning and executing the fibre connection. She discussed every detail to make sure we approved and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. Well done Billie.

The engineer was brilliant very professional and friendly he fix the fault on our internet in no time and checked everything was up and running before leaving, thank you Mohammed.

Had fibre installed today by Moses Acosta everything was explained perfectly and I knew what to expect.
There was a problem with pole that meant he had to call for a cherry picker, that was explained, he reluctantly went to his next job, to save the wait for the other operative.
Once the other operative arrived, it was again explained to me what was happening and it didnt take long after rhat as all the prephad been done already. Moses was happy to explain to me how to connect things with the new router and waited until my hive and blink units were successfully connected as well.
He made sure everything was left tidy before he left.

Engineer Mohammed Haroon visited today. Very polite and professional. Fully explained what was going on and what he needed to do.

Today Mohammed Haroon came to install fibre broadband at my property. He was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He ensured I knew what he would be doing and that I was ok with this before he started the work. He made sure all was tidy after the work had been completed and showed me what he had done and how it all worked. Mohammed made sure I was up and running before he left. A very polite gentlemen who took pleasure I doing a brilliant job. Thanks Mohammed!!

Engineer Chris Creed installed superfast broadband under difficult circumstances and gave us excellent service.

Blocked our driveway for hours, and partially obstructed the entire street. Rude and unapologetic employee couldn't care less.

Useless engineer called Jordan (from the derbyshire/yorkshire area) turned up after a month of waiting, then made up every excuse to not do the job (even though I was told on the phone it was fine), then they sent him again, this time it looked like he did it, but lied, he had unconnected my neighbour and put mine in instead, to make it look like he did it right, then obviously my neighbour rang up her Internet provider, who sent an engineer out immediately and swapped it back round. He even was bragging that he doesn't take any notice/care about the complaints he gets from customers. He just want to do nothing and get paid, not an honest worker or a decent person.

I'm aware that this company has lots of employees and some will be good, but this type let you down, they don't deserve a job.

Mohammed haroon what a guy, just amazing, stayed with us to ensure everything was up and running rather than taking as read from the call centre. If this man is ever available for my next issue, I want him to attend. I could t have asked for a nicer gentleman to visit our home. I’ve a partner with anxiety and she felt so incredibly comfortable with his presence. Top top guy
