MALTDAQ as company were excellent. UPS delivery was a total nightmare, it was 1st and hopefully the last time I have any dealings with them.
Was a bit apprehensive because I’d never heard of them before let alone used them so my worries were even more compounded when after 7 days it still hadn’t arrived. I emailed them and received a reply... Ver mais

Excellent service
Excellent service. Husband is delighted with his whisky. The only thing that could be better is an update to let me know the package was on its way. I had to ask and customer service was very helpful. The process is explained in detail in the website, but an update on the ETA would be worthy of the extra Star. Can't fault other than that!
