says 5-15 min deliverys but then they inform you over 12 hours. Asked for a refund just to be told 3 business days

Scammers. The first time I bought gold from them everything went fine. The next time I bought a decent amount of gold, they only delivered half. I asked them weekly when I was going to get the remainder and it was always soon. Nothing but lies. While I was waiting for my order to fill, they doubled the price of their gold, so they had no intention of filling my order at the old price. They offer a full money back guarantee on their website if you’re not satisfied, another lie. If they short your order, they will refund the short but nothing else. So I waited a couple months, then to see if the whole thing with them shorting gold on orders was a one time thing. So today I order 4000 gold, pay for 4000 gold and receive 1800 gold. I’m not going to talk with their help bot again this time. Two out of two times=Scammers.

Dont ever buy from here! they will not help you with anything. I requested refund because they couldnt deliver or assist and even wanted a pictures of my credit cards after buying the service.

They are the bigegst joke and extremly unprofesional!!

do not deliver and then do not respond to your queries once you follow up

edit: they tell you to message them, which I did and then they say to wait (promise was 24 hours and it's been almost 10 days)

they ignore and refuse to reply. do NOT use this company. have to do a chargeback dispute with bank to even get my money back

I ordered gold from MMOJUGG

It was a fairly large amount, but the website advertises delivery within 1 hour.

After 1 week I contacted the site to ask about delivery and was told was the supplier was out of stock

After 2 weeks I contacted the supplier and was told the it would be rushed as a priority.

after 3 weeks I was told it would be another 2 weeks.

After 5 weeks I still haven't received the gold

I won't be ordering from them again.

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered through the auction house. Instead of them following the instructions, they delivered my order through the in game mail. By doing so it greatly increases the likely hood of getting my account suspended or banned.

I was promised 5 minutes to 1 hour delivery. Was made to wait on hold for over 5 minutes to be told it is now 12-24 hours. 2 days later it still is not ready so cancelled. Don;t use these folks.

usually delivered within half hour, this time was over 24 hours with no explanation, they did finally come through, so will still shop with them

Scam, steal your money. Never get the gold. Lies. Do not use these guys.

Purchased WOW gold for SOD and got a 14 day ban because of it, they didn't want to assist or try resolve the problem instead they recommended me to buy again! I would not use this website, they don't look after there customers

It has been over 12 days and have not delivered order...every time I chat with customer support they promise me tomorrow....now no one will even answer chat...i have been more than patient.

placed an order, wait 3 hours. in live chat get 1 x answer that you need to wait. when you try to contact again they ignore you. meanwhile 6 hours in their 24/7 livechat. no responce

Scam they steal money and do not send gold. Do not use these guys! I am not switching users... liars.. and I can't use your chat for help because you have me blocked. Not allowed to use since purchase. I have to log out and use another browser... and still get no help.

Got banned again. I asked for them to buy items from AH but they didn't. They used in game mail. I heard it is because they use botting to farming the gold and then trace the gold back to the buyers. I would have to recommend against buying WOW SOD gold from this source.

Got banned for buying wow gold. Don't trust them. Blizzard is watching their accounts. They used 3 characters to send me 200 gold.

Very unprofessional, do not send all gold you ordered. just what they want to send. they steal your money and block contact. reported to police/bank/blizzard. these guys are bad. scammers from china... DO NOT TRUST THEM

The company is absolutely great. I've ordered multiple times. Just be careful with some Blizzard Games. I got a suspension (just 14 days) and it was certainly not due to MMOJUGG. I am now ordering smaller amounts and using the AH. No more problems except that one with Blizzard Wow Classic SOD The company is 100% trustworthy and I will keep using. I buy a small amount almost every day now. GREAT SERVICE here!
