Hi,
We're very sorry about the problem; we have sometimes repeatedly confirmed with the supplier, but they continue to use mail for delivery. In such cases, we will handle the matter seriously and delay their settlement by 24-28 hours after confirming that our customer has received the goods as a punishment to this supplier. Due to the large number of suppliers, it is impossible to ensure that every supplier can complete the process very accurately. We can only do our best and find a better solution in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Thanks &Regards

Hi,
Sorry to hear that. We cannot avoid punishment from the game developer once there are violations against their rules. You could contact our online service within 24 hrs after we send the gold if such cases happen. We hope for mutual understanding.
Thanks&Regards!
