Amazing... all I can say. I live in the Netherlands and I have to beg for prescriptions. The doctor was very nice and kind and helpful. Fully recommend it!

Although at one point I had to emphasise that I did know my body and that I was not experiencing certain effects due to "my mind", I received intelligent, non condescending, caring information for a reasonable fee. Okay experience. In all likelihood you do not need the doctors note for your insurance company so don’t pay extra for it!

Ben in griekenland op vakantie. Zaterdag een binnen een half uur een video call afspraak gehad met een arts van mobidoctor, een recept voorgeschreven gekregen. Helaas kreeg ik het steeds niet mee bij de apotheek, op meerdere plekken geweest op rhodos. Meerdere keren contact gehad met de klantenservice van medidocter, helaas paar keer niet gelukt. Maar ze hebben wel de moeite genomen om contact met de apotheker te zoeken. Door de strenge griekse regelgeving niet het voorgeschreven medicijn gekregen. Maar door het goed mee denken en nieuw recept voor te schrijven is het toch goed gekomen. Ik raad medidocter zeker aan, het heeft wat gekost. Maar ben zeker geholpen zonder naar een arts hier te hoeven gaan op het eiland! Bedankt aan Chris van de klantenservice en de des betreffende arts!!!!

Very bad service...

Ghost Appointment
Logged on 10 minutes before, as instructed, kicked out of platform when appointment started, rejoined quickly in less than 2 minutes, doctor was unavailable. Waited for an hour, no doctor despite many messages that doctor will join shortly. Requested help and a refund from a chatbot, no actual help or service. I think this could be a scam. Disputing the 60 euro charge as no services were provided. They have not responded to my request for a refund and its been a week. Beware.

Good service. Had a little difficulty due to language barrier locating a pharmacy that would dispense my prescription ,the team at Mobidoctor where available online to help me resolve this promptly
I would use the service again and highly recommend, my holiday is back on track

This service is quick and painless. I had an issue where my regular local doctor prescribed a medication, but there is currently a nationwide shortage and I cannot fill it. The farmacia's here will not give me alternative without a prescription, but I discovered my local doctor is on vacation for 2 weeks. I followed up with his office 3 times but no success. When I tried MobiDoctor, I was helped immediately and a replacement prescription was sent. I am very happy with this service. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I was so afraid I would run out of my medication, but now I will be okay. This is such a relief!
