Was able to get an urgent prescription for an anti biotic emailed to a local pharmacie in fairly remote France coastal resort and collected within 2 hours. Thorough questionnaire gave us confidence in the process, and very clear process for picking up meds at the pharmacie.

If you have a genuine problem, its the fastest possible and often times best way to get the treatment you require.

Support is also amazingly fast(SECONDS to respond!)
I was feeling a bit weird before i tried Mobi the first time, but since then I used the site to get the attention of a doctor dozens of times.

Mobidoctor are a very professional organisation. Their Doctors are excellent practitioners, speak various languages and helped me when I needed help while on holiday overseas. I highly recommend them to anyone needing medical assistance or prescriptions.

I was assigned a wonderful doctor in Lisbon, Dr Gabriela Canelas. She was kind, empathetic, very knowledgeable already about the medication I was after. It was a process to find the right medication for me, and through that process Dr Canelas was open-minded, flexible, and solution-oriented. But more importantly, I felt really cared for. The whole system works well, and I had prescriptions sent to my pharmacy within minutes of the consultation. Also, it's much easier to use the refill prescription service with Mobidoctor than to go see my local doctor.

Very helpful, Chris was very responsive. I could get the prescription within 30-40 minutes. Thank you.

First of all: Just an overall amazing and available service.
But the thing that stood out to me is the support. On the weekend I got a person dealing with my problem within 30 seconds.

Chris was very helpful. When the pharmacy in Ireland could not access the prescription through email, Chris phoned the pharmacy and sorted it all out. 20 mins between contacting Chris to help and getting my prescription ready

Absolutely brilliant service-the Dr I saw spoke excellent English & sorted out my prescriptions very quickly. The website is really good & stores all your health information & you can request to have receipts for your insurance company. All extremely easy to use & simple all round.
My only issue was the website doesn't give you long to fill all your information in for a consultation so it timed out 3 times. I overcame this with adding as much info to my Medical History & profile as possible then it pops up automatically.
Other than that minor issue excellent 5 star service. Will definitely use again & will recommend!

Travelling from Aus and needed a script fairly urgently in Switzerland. It came through quickly and was fine with the pharmacy. Was a bit sceptical but worked well!

Overall, Mobidoctor has been a fantastic and essential service for me. My most recent consultation was with a new doctor who was incredibly caring and thorough. The fact that she took 30 minutes to discuss my concerns, despite some minor technical difficulties with the camera, shows a real dedication to patient care.

While the core service is excellent, there are a few areas that, if improved, would make the experience perfect:

Appointment Booking: The 5-minute time limit to fill in all the information when booking a new appointment feels very rushed and stressful. Extending this timer would significantly improve the user experience.

App Functionality: The "doctor near me" feature did not seem to be working correctly, which could be a useful tool if it were functional.

Prescription System: This is the most significant challenge. The current prescription format is not accepted by all pharmacies in Finland, as some require a traditional handwritten prescription or an official e-prescription. Integrating fully with Finland's national Kanta e-prescription system would be a game-changing improvement. This would resolve all pharmacy acceptance issues and make Mobidoctor a seamless solution for patients.

Despite these issues, Mobidoctor has been a true lifesaver. I highly recommend it and eagerly await these potential improvements

This service is awesome. I am on a river cruise in Vienna, Austria, and have been having major leg cramping and other issues. Recommended some medicine and we talked thru my health history so he could determine if I needed more critical treatment. Highly recommended to anybody who is traveling use the service!!! Customer service is the most responsive and Dr was awesome as well. Thank you for this service.

I cannot fault this platform, process, doctors and customer service. The process was extremely easy, the doctor I spoke with was extremely helpful, engaging and understanding. It was so comforting to be able to discuss medical issues with an english speaking professional as it is always so hard to find when you live abroad in a non-english speaking country. The founder was so helpful on the chat and also gave me advice of an online pharmacy to use that were not only extremely well priced but have a website that is easy to navigate and understand. I got an appointment quickly, the doctor was kind listen to my problem and acted quickly - he even helped me with an issue when I was trying to fill the prescription

I had a consultation withy a great doctor actually, but I couldn't get any help from mobidoctor's costume service with my prescription as in Finland I needed some codes to buy it . I have been ignored by them even after the doctor had contacted them. So if you have doubts don't use it as even if doctors are good they don't care at all if you were able to get your prespriction.

Amazing and quick online service. The doctors really take time for you and think along.

When I was having some questions, I could easily chat to Chris through the chat function and he guided me efficiently.
