Established in 2002, we are a genuinely independent, family owned & run business with an emphasis on good old fashioned, friendly, personal service & high-quality customer care. We recognise that there isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ solution to our customers’ needs. Your personal situation is important to us & we will always go the extra mile, wherever possible, to help you out. That’s why we have a selection of products in every category, treat everyone as an individual & continually try to find the right solution for your particular problem. Unlike Internet only companies where you have to guess the suitability of a product, you can come along to our showroom in Blaby, Leicestershire to actually see & try out most of our products before you buy to be sure that they really are right for you. At our showroom you will find a huge variety of mobility products on display including scooters, powerchairs, wheelchairs, riser/recliner chairs, high seated chairs, electric adjustable/profiling beds, daily living aids, wheelchair & scooter accessories together with a selection Cosyfeet wide-fitting shoes, socks & hosiery. We are happy to give demonstrations on any of the products we stock, most of which are available to take away on the day. We also keep a large stock of tyres, tubes, castors & batteries. We follow every sale through from start to finish ourselves including delivery & setup where required. We sell stairlifts too which are surveyed, fitted & maintained by our own engineers so you always know who you are dealing with. The Handicare 1100 is available from stock so this straight stairlift can be fitted the same day if required. But our service does not end once you have purchased a product either; we offer the very highest standards of aftersales care to give our customers peace of mind, meaning they can enjoy our products without any worries. If you do have a problem with your product, we are only a phone call away, so you don’t have to wait weeks to get it looked at. Because we’re local we’re always there for you. We also offer servicing and repairs on most makes of scooters, powerchairs, stairlifts & wheelchairs even if they haven’t been purchased from us. Brilliant, well run company.

The ladies in the showroom are always so friendly and helpful.
I have been getting aids and equipment for years from them.
They really do go the extra mile even if it's something they don't stock they will advise honestly.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

Service Above and Beyond Excellent

Dad's powered wheelchair developed a fault late on Christmas Eve. I called on Boxing Day, expecting to leave a message, to my surprise Nicola answered and by lunchtime on the same day, Dad's wheelchair had been collected, repaired and returned.

Mobile Mobility give excellent sales service and advice, but their AFTER sales service goes above and beyond excellent.

Safe, secure and good value!

Thank you for my new (replacement) Day's metal walking stick. I've been a stick-user for years, being born disabled, and I'm about to go on holiday...
The new stick will be so reassuring - strong with a good ferrule, offering a much safer grip than the old one, as I plod along in unfamiliar places.
It arrived very quickly, within three days, and was easy to put together. Finally - 'every little helps' - it was VAT-free. What's not to love!?

Absolutely first class service

Absolutely first class service ! I ordered the walking frame caddy for my elderly Mum & it arrived the next day !!

It’s made from good quality plastic - very sturdy & perfect for my Mum to put her sandwich & cup of tea on & go from the kitchen to the lounge without any spills !

Would 100% recommend
