At our showroom you will find a huge variety of mobility products on display including scooters, powerchairs, wheelchairs, riser/recliner chairs, high seated chairs, electric adjustable/profiling beds, daily living aids, wheelchair & scooter accessories together with a selection Cosyfeet wide-fitting shoes, socks & hosiery. We are happy to give demonstrations on any of the products we stock, most of which are available to take away on the day. We also keep a large stock of tyres, tubes, castors & batteries. We follow every sale through from start to finish ourselves including delivery & setup where required. We sell stairlifts too which are surveyed, fitted & maintained by our own engineers so you always know who you are dealing with. The Handicare 1100 is available from stock so this straight stairlift can be fitted the same day if required. But our service does not end once you have purchased a product either; we offer the very highest standards of aftersales care to give our customers peace of mind, meaning they can enjoy our products without any worries. If you do have a problem with your product, we are only a phone call away, so you don’t have to wait weeks to get it looked at. Because we’re local we’re always there for you. We also offer servicing and repairs on most makes of scooters, powerchairs, stairlifts & wheelchairs even if they haven’t been purchased from us. Excellent service.
Mobile mobility had exactly what I wanted that I couldn’t find anywhere else, so after my order went through I realised it was being sent to my old address, so I got on the phone to them and they delt with it immediately. Tremendous customer service.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mobile Mobility, their customer service is the best I’ve experienced. I ordered some shoes for my mum, they were delivered the next day. They are always so helpful and go that extra mile.

My ordering and your delivery of the tipping kettle were both fine. It was disappointing that the box containing the kettle was obviously damaged before you packed it. None of the outer packaging was damaged.
The kettle is intended as a gift, so I've wrapped it ready to give and just hope the kettle itself is undamaged.

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the condition that the kettle box arrived to you. I wish you had contacted us directly regarding this as that way it would have given us the opportunity to put right any issues as we pride ourselves on our customer service. The kettle boxes are not sealed by the manufacturer & the product is checked for damage prior to dispatch. I can only apologise if the box did not arrive with you in pristine condition. Highly recommend this lovely family run business. We visited the showroom to look at riser recliner chairs for my dad. Both ladies in the show room were lovely showing dad the huge variety of chairs they had to choose from and explaining how each worked. We then called to order a chair a few weeks later. They delivered and installed within 1 hour of me phoning amazing service Thank-you so much for such a brilliant 5* service :)

This "Drive" mobility scooter cover is the best I could find
My new mobility scooter cover arrived safely packed and speedily. This "Drive" cover is the best scooter cover I have be able to find, it just fits my TGA Breeze 3, it is dark blue and looks very nice. I like that the cover is not flimsy and there is no need for elastic at the bottom to keep it in place outdoors however windy (there is a strap and buckle at the back but I do not need to use it.)
