My son had a cracked face on his Apple watch and (regrettably) took it to this dreadful outfit. They charged him £145. Two days later, the face fell off and damaged a cable inside. After 5 weeks of broken promises and conflicting stories (including 6 occasions where they promised to call me and failed to do so, they now say that their repairs are always perfect and it cannot be their fault. Their manager (Malik) takes a position that "it's your word against mine" so tough ! An apalling and disgraceful shambolic operation in my informed opinion. My suggestion :- avoid this place at all costs. They will take your cash and leave you disappointed and angry if they treat you the same way as my experience. I am considering legal proceedings to recover my son's hard earned cash

I brought a new phone today and traded two of mine in kasie was so helpful in setting my new phone up for me and moving my data she is so kind and helpful and has time for her customers I would recommend her and the shop to everyone

I use mobile arcade frequently for the purchase of my new phones and also for any advice always friendly customer service I would always give them five stars always helpful in the advice that they give. I’ve also had phone repaired with them and the repair service is amazing. I highly recommend mobile arcade to anyone.
