omg, why didn't I read the reviews before purchasing a ' waterproof' jacket at £41??
It took a month to arrive whereas I thought I was purchasing from a London company. When the Mac arrived, the quality was absolutely disgraceful and nothing like the picture, the material was so cheap you could see all the striped lining through the material! I complained about the length of time it took to get here plus the quality and sent them photos of the coat showing exactly how poor the quality was. They offered 20% refund at first and told me to give it to someone, but the quality is so bad, I would be too embarrassed to give this to anyone but the bin! I refused this and said I wanted to send it back, which they said I could but I would have to pay the postage costs to China. I complained they were going against Trading standards as the description was not the same as the website and therefore not for the customer to pay the return postage costs. I also said I did not want to keep the coat and it was unwearable They refused to pay for me to return it, but then offered to pay 40% of the coat, I paid £41.22 and they today paid me £16.49. So I have ended up with a disgusting piece of plastic rag and paid for it too!
I honestly thought this was a London company and so annoyed with myself for not reading the reviews.
DO NOT under any circumstances buy from this fake company as the goods you will receive are cheap rubbish! BEWARE

Order not received same as other review - problem with my address, usual address given to them problem with shipping etc. Don’t waste your time and money, said they would credit minus the shipping cost but I don’t believe goods were ever sent. Taken it up with my credit card company. Zero star experience!

Oh no. I feel into the trap too. absolute junk sent and nothing like the picture. I am disappointed in myself, but this false advertising is criminal! You expect to buy what you see. Hope you're reading before your money is wasted

Update! After not receiving my goods and the company attempted to tell me they did not have my full address!. I have now received a full refund. Also I am in contact with the real Moda London who sell cufflinks, and whose company are suffering from bad, false reviews, because of this scam company, who are using the real Moda London as a cover. This false, scam company are based in Hongkong with a false address and goods you recieve are extremely low quality or you just don't receive them. They will use the ploy that you did not give your full address. Do not be fooled. After 2 months of bombarding them with emails at least 2,3,4 5 times a day and threatening them with gov legal action I recived a full refund today.
So my advice is collect all info you can and send them 3-5 emails a day, and let them know you are in contact with Government Agencies regarding their scam company. Hope this helps take these lying, thieving scammers down. Good luck

Terrible company. Massive delays on sending item it didn’t arrive with in the time frame they said. I then requested a refund as item hadn’t come. They wouldn’t do a refund they reprocessed the order and then it did arrive but the quality is so poor and not like the photos at all
Returns policy is terrible so instead they have offered a 20% refund to keep the items. Returns are at your expense to remote area of china and they have to be in exact same package as delivered in.
Avoid using this company at all costs

I have been waiting a month for something that I know now is going to be complete rubbish
They said my address wasn't correct as there was no house number or street name
Sorry I haven't got either but it's where I live.
Still have not received item, that money was very hard earned, as is everybody's.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Absolute rubbish products and not a reputable conpany - they sell cheap unwearable products and make money on knowing people will not want to pay to cover returns costs and they also only issue partial refunds with no returne ld goods - if you are lucky to get that far.

Do not use this company they are based in China and they will not refund your money.

Like everyone else, I wish I had read the reviews because I would not have purchased from Moda London. Also I didn’t realise it was coming from China and definitely took longer to arrive than advertised. The raincoat looked thick and decent quality in their photos but when it arrived it is made of some cheap material. I’m just hoping it is actually waterproof!! The raincoat was £50 so not cheap. And to return you have to pay postage. Absolute joke. Don’t buy from them

Really would give no stars if possible. This company is a fraud and should be stopped trading. Address for returns is China! Trading standards should take action. Top I ordered is nothing like the photo and sizing is rubbish. Do not buy from them

Bad quality clothing. Not based in London, it comes from China. They do not have a proper returns policy. You either have to pay to return the items back to China which is exspensive or a 40% refund and you keep the bad quality items. I would stongly advise not to purchase from Moda China (not London)

AVOID this cheap and nasty excuse for a clothes retailer.
I wouldn’t clean my floors with the items I received. You will lose out as after a long return process, you have to return to China despite there being a uk return address on the original packaging!!!

As per everyone else, I wish I had read the reviews. Was very happy with the boots I ordered until they arrived! They are disgusting, cheap plastic. Emailed immediately asking how i can return, heard nothing, then I checked and you have to return them to a small town in China!!! Absolute joke!!! hate being scammed!
They should be taken off social media. They were being advertised on pinterest!!!

Placed an order - goods eventually arrived, look & general poor quality nothing like I expected. Tried to contact them as returns functionality not working on their website but met with a "wall of silence" which after subsequently reading the reviews on here I am not surprised about. I guess I will write off the money and be a little more careful next time and my advice to anybody thinking about a purchase from this lot is to look elsewhere !

Same as all over comments wish I had read them poooor quality and nothing like the picture read the return policy to realise just through reading I won’t get my money back the box was delivered damaged and so they would of rejected it don’t worry the reviews will shut them done soon they won’t get custom poop

Item arrived late and only vaguely looked like the picture, extremely poor quality, I wouldn't have bought it if I had read other people's reviews. It seems returning an item for a full refund isn't worth attempting. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Like everyone else on here I have fallen for the scam. They sent me a coat that looked like a giant floor cloth. It looks like no chance of getting a refund. I've learned a valuable lesson. Always make sure I research for reviews. As the saying goes, if it looks too good to be true it probably is. I gave one star as unable to give minus 10

Ordered a pair of ladies boots. When I put it on the zip split from the heel. I took a photo and sent it to them. The reply was if I want to return it has to be at my own expense, sent it to China even though it was faulty . Now they offer me 40% which I have accepted cos I don't want to spend money sending faulty item to China, also I don't want to waste any more time with this company. I loose a bit of money but they loose me as customer
