Originally i got the card for my oldest, and then we added my middle child and now my youngest one has one. We love that we can keep track of their spending habits and they can see how much they earn... Ver mais

Modak usage

Thus far it seems easy to use with lots of parental restrictions set up to monitor the card usage. Customer service was quick to respond for help when needed.

Don’t open an account with them, they block you from having access to your money

I wish I never open an account with this company. It was okay till it wasn’t, it went down hill very quickly. I tried to find my parent account and the transaction was denied by Modak, not my bank, so I tried another way and again denied, finally I tried a 3rd way and denied again and then they blocked all of our Modak accounts. Now my childrens money is held and blocked from having access to it. Deff find another company I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

You must request the debit card…..

I signed up for this card for my son‘s birthday, however the card was not automatically sent and so I had a request it almost 2 weeks later then I receive a message saying that I had not yet request debit card. Customer service took care of it. Customer service is friendly and helpful

The responses are kind of slow and eerie but I was able to successfully get a replacement card.

Hacked Account and No Help

My child's account was hacked, and used at an online retailer. My child doesn't have access to their card or the app, so I tried to dispute the transaction. I have been fighting this for over a month, and they are insisting that the charges were authorized. I wouldn't be fighting so hard if it was. So, my account is locked, and my other children can't use their cards. But the child's card that was hacked is still able to be used. It is frustrating dealing with a company that simply refuses to resolve issues. So I will be closing the accounts as soon as my children spend their money.
