After 5 days i rcv my deliver...product is original in my case, but the worst experience with them is ....their delivery syemtem..once u make the order... then u dont know to who u need to contact for further info,, bcz no one will answer from any there contact addresses...so definatly they will make u sick if u want o refund something......
Overall product is original in my case...but poor poor poor delivery system and customer service .

M not going to order again

This was my first time ordering from Modarak and honestly, I was a little skeptical—but everything went really smoothly. The delivery was fast, and the face wash I got feels great on my skin. Will probably order again soon.

worst ever service, I have ordered since 22 June but didn't receive it yet nor getting any response from them. it was the worst experience in my life.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered glycolic acid toning solution from there and it got delivered within 2 days, when it came the box had hair and dirt on it and then I opened the box and the bottle was already opened and the solution was a very unusual and dark yellow liquid, it has been stored terribly and had gone bad, so I emailed them to request a refund or a replacement for this unusuable product, and the reply was to contact their whatsapp for a quicker response and better customer service, and so I did. I texted them countless times, called them countless times, no reply whatsoever, I contacted them through instagram and yet again no response anywhere. Horrible product, waste of money, unreliable retailer and just disgusting customer service!

Fake product. I’ve bought the k18 leave in mask and I can tell it’s fake from miles away, the bottle, the box, the smell, the texture everything. On top of that my order arrived late after chasing them for a while and no answer from customer service. Don’t waste your money there.

Like Leens review, I am also convinced my product is a fake. I’ve used my olaplex shampoo and normally I need a pea size and now I have to use about 4-5 times the normal amount. Also, the smell is different and and the texture is completely different too. I think I got scammed.

I ordered a lot of products from this site, but what I received was clearly FAKE. At first glance, the packaging looked almost identical, but upon closer inspection, there were small differences, you won't notice unless you already use the same products. (the font, the texture, the quality, the smell...)
the site is not selling authentic items don't be fooled by them.

I ordered in Qatar and he said we delivered from Dubai and takes time , it’s being a week they say they will deliver it tomorrow and they stopped answering watsapp sms and till now I did it get the order, first and last ,worst shopping ever

I ordered a product that was past its expiry date. I should have checked the company as they are not an authorised reseller of this product either. I did recieve a full refund. Delivery was quick.
