Would not answer repeated calls, text and emails. Did not fulfill their contractual agreement on closing. WILL be pursuing legal action...

After the initial pressure to sign the agreement within one day of contacting me I have heard nothing. Three phone numbers and several email accounts go unanswered. Have called for weeks now with nothing. All they did was list the property with a very old photo. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING SCAM.

I needed to sale my house, so I called Modern Property Solutions. I was fortunate to speak with Craig Bach. Craig and I came to a fair deal. Unfortunately, I was unable to close on the deal, due to circumstances out of my control. Craig,was able to cancel the contract without penalty to me. Craig, told me they are in business to help people solve their real estate problems not to create new ones. Thanks Mike Greeson
