Placed an order 18th November for a suit for my husband, it was one of his christmas presents. They sent me a message a week later about the waist size for the trousers but that us the only communication I've had with them. Everytime I checked on my order status it said awaiting fulfillment. I sent them a message 14th December asking how long until delivery and my reply was "delivery after 28th December"
Personally I think the website needs to state the items are made and shipped from Thailand. I cancelled my order and I did get a refund, so obviously the suit hadn't been made.

Well made and delivered on time

Ordered 2 suits on the 2 for 1 offer back in October,suits arrived today a perfect fit as usual. Delivery on this order wasn’t the quickest but for the price the fit and the delivery I can’t fault them or the product. As for people that say they can’t get in touch with anyone just use WhatsApp I’ve had no issues with communication. This is my 3rd order and will be ordering again.

Order placed 8th of November.

It's nearly three weeks and my order status is "Awaiting Fulfillment". I've had no communications.

Nobody answers the phone.
Nobody responds to the livechat.
No answer on WhatsApp.

I've basically lost £100 and have nothing to show for it from a company that's based in Thailand, not the UK. I'll have to go back to my bank and see if I can reclaim the funds.

Avoid.

Don't buy from these clowns. I only wear 32" trousers and 38" jackets but I can't fasten the buttons on either.

Save yourself some hassle and shop elsewhere.

Ordered black Weller suit. Great service; suit fits perfectly & looks to be well made. Fabric feels a bit cheap but honestly it looks great which is the reason I ordered it. I like the way you can choose different options like trouser width, sleeve length, lining, covered buttons, vents. Would definitely use them again.

Managed to get a buy one get one free and getting 2 quality suits was fantastic, the colours in the pictures don’t do them justice (went for teal & burgundy) the quality and finish is top quality

Their suits are great. And they reached out immediately when one of my measurements didn't make sense to them, ensuring that I received suits tailored to fit perfectly. I will buy from them again!

They adjusted the measurements for me making it the colours on billy preston are good the other tonik suits golden blue also golden green have spots you may not like the couriers are no good it takes about 2wks what with weather conditions etc without prejudice 🎃👻
