Excellent products, i have had my first period pants for over 3 yrs and only now showing any signs of wear! Great quality and have never let me down woth any leaks! Thank you

I had to send some pants back for my daughter as they were not big enough. The service was amazing. Highly recommend. I purchased some for myself and they are great.

I purchased 7 pairs for $100 just over a month ago.3 of the 7 pairs so far have all come away from the waistband .Obviously they aren't going to last much longer.I did my research before buying and saw nothing but rave reviews Unfortunately this has not been a great experience for me and I have wasted $100 on poor quality underwear.So disappointing

Perfect products - cannot be faulted, quick delivery and empathetic and supportive customer care. B corp and ethical - great company, great employees and great products. What’s not to love!

Beware of the return postage fee. I’ve bought a number of products from Modibodi in the past and found the quality to be very good. The customer service was very quick. But for the first time I needed to return something- I couldn’t exchange as they had no stock of anything similar in the size I needed a and there is a (seemingly pretty hidden and non optional) postage fee which means to return them I’m losing £9 out of £29 paid originally - my original postage (fair enough) plus paying a non optional return postage fee. I’ve not experienced this before and as a result I will avoid Modibodi in future.

Order a different style. My daughter recommended modibodi very highly so

The modibodi period pants are the best I've tried. They never leak and are so thin and comfortable. Also very long lasting. My teenage daughter also loves them.

I love the idea of period pants but these are too expensive for the time they last. I bought quite a few pairs so that I'd have enough for day/night for a 5-day cycle. It was quite an investment. Quite soon holes developed in the gusset. I complained to the company and they replaced a few pairs, but exactly the same happened again. I always rinse the pants and wash on a cold cycle with no other garments. Looking online, this seems to be a common complaint so I'd advise trying another company's product.

Used to order a lot from ModiBodi as feel they provide some of the best quality period underwear but ever since they introduced a flat postage fee of £5 per order I’ve had to stop. It doesn’t cost anywhere near £5 to send one pair of knickers as a large letter with Royal Mail so why are customers being charged this?

In response to ModiBodi’s reply below: the cost of a large letter using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour is £2.70. So this still doesn’t explain why ModiBodi is charging customers £5.

If there were no stars that is what I would give them. Their customer service is an AI Bot called Anna who is very annoying and absolutely ineffective. Items did not arrive I spent €70 on 2 items. When the tracking updates for delivery did not update I tried to cancel the order under distance contracts regulations but they have no clue of European Consumer rules despite targeting the region.

UK- Modibodi customer service.

I am writing to express my disappointment with one of the item I received from my recent order- TEEN SWIMWEAR BIKINI BRIEF.

The item appears used rather than new , it arrived without a tag! and the package was damaged giving the impression that it was not in brand new condition. I even did not open it!

I have sent a message to cust serv immediately upon receiving the delivery package.

The other items from this order looks brand new with tags however swimwear bikini brief looks like used!

This is not what I expected as a paying and a first time customer and I am very dissatisfied with the experience. I purchased this item as NEW and therefore expect it to arrive in proper condition with original packaging and a tag!



I have sent several emails to report the issue however was received and AI reply either my emails were moved in to Modi body SPAM.

Only on one email I was assured that it will be checked however so far haven't received any resolution with my issue- not even explanation why the item inside is without a tag?

My disabled child could not try on the pants within the 14 days for sale items. Unfortunately they were not suitable. I tried to get a return but customer services were most unhelpful and unable to give any concession for our situation

I have been using Modibodi for around 6 years (possibly longer)! I have recently just got rid of my original pants, not because they were leaking, but after around six years of use they were looking tired, so I have recently replaced all of them.

Firstly, in the time that I have used ModiBodi they have never once leaked (even when used for postpartum bleeding!), they are comfy and they last! I also bought another brand at the same time as buying my first batch and they leaked instantly and weren't as comfortable.

At the time of replacing them I was also given a voucher for a well known Supermarket that also makes period pants and my friends really rated them, I however find that the quality wasn't quite there and they leaked!

Hopefully these won't need replacing now, as I have just hit the perimenopause. But I can (and do!) highly recommend these pants to my friends, family and people who come to my educational baby classes.

Got my first pair and trying it out! Loved it so far! They’re comfy and I don’t leak terribly like I do with other brands.

I'm only posting the review here as modibodi will not post my review on their website due to being 1 star. I purchased a super absorbency bikini bottom for £40 (original price is over £60!) Which claims to hold up to 10 tampons, based on this I assumed that I would be able to wear it for a good part of the day. I wore it on my lighter day for about 1 hour and then went to swim for less than 1 hour. When I came out of the pool, as soon as I sat down on a towel, I left noticible blood marks! I'm just glad I realised it befofe anyone else noticed. Very dissapointed as spending £40 on just a bikini bottom it's a lot of money for me!
