I've been using modibodi on and off for over 5 years.
The customer service has been 5 stars, the products last and are comfortable.
I recently brought the pj shorts which were magic at night.

These have made life so much easier for my daughter. I wish they had been around d when I was young. No worries about leaks, comfortable and so much easier to manage.

The quality of the bikinis is poor. They asked for my review but since it was not good they have not publish it.
And the reviews under the product are fake or mixed up as they mention different products.
So no truth there, don’t waste your money

I would like to share my experience with Modibodi EU, which unfortunately has been highly unsatisfactory.

Customer service and communication:
At first, I experienced a quick and accommodating customer service, both through their AI assistant and a few employees. I was assisted in changing my order and informed about the return and refund process. It was made clear that I could expect a refund of my purchase as long as I covered the return shipping costs myself, which I did.

Handling of the return:
After ten business days, however, I received an email stating that a new order had been packed and shipped to me. This was despite the fact that I had explicitly stated in writing that I requested a refund, not an exchange, and had also enclosed a return slip marked with the refund option. Customer service – including their AI – repeatedly assured me that I would receive a refund and that no further action was required from my side. Nevertheless, a package I had not ordered was sent, and I had to contact them again.

Lack of accountability:
Despite having documentation showing that I was repeatedly promised a refund, customer service now excuses the matter by saying that they use an AI function that is not always correct, and that they will not assume responsibility for this.
As I did not wish to incur additional costs for another return, I requested a prepaid return label. This was refused, and I was required to pay the return shipping once again, despite the error originating from the company. In my opinion, this practice is both unfair and poor customer service.

Extremely important considerations if you are still thinking about using Modibodi:

1. You are only allowed to try on one product, and only with your very first purchase. This makes it difficult to find the right fit and size, especially when the purpose – as in my case – is to find suitable sports underwear to use during menstruation.

2. Customers must cover all return costs themselves. For example, if you order from Denmark, the return shipping can be around 200 DKK for just 300g of goods, which in practice can make a refund disproportionately expensive.

Overall assessment
I give Modibodi EU 1 star. The quick response time is a positive aspect, but the actual assistance was lacking, as the company did not stand by the promises that their AI and customer service repeatedly gave. My review does not concern the quality of the products, but solely the company’s handling of returns and refunds.

Their customer service is excellent! I had a slight issue with a sizing inconsistency, but the issue was resolved entirely and the communication from their customer service representative, Cess, was very professional and helpful.

First time I have used modi bodi pants and I was a bit skeptical at first but the pants are magic and no leaking which I was weary of. I wore my first pair around the house all day and after no leaks, I had the confidence to wear them out and about. If you are hesitating on purchasing your first pair. Don’t! Off to buy some more now now that I know they work. No more nappy rash lol 😝

The people at Modibodi are lovely, helpful and attentive. Generally the products are also excellent. I made a mistake this time purchasing a new style which does not fit at all. However the others I purchased with it are the usual excellent standard. I should learn not to deviate from what I know:-))

Son unos estafadores. Compré hace dos meses por decathlon dos bañadores de diferentes tallas. Me perdieron el paquete, y cuando me ponía en contacto con ellos a través de decathlon, me decían que era porque yo había puesto mal la dirección, cuando eso no era posible. Me los trajeron un mes después de haber realizado la compra, me los probé y no me quedaban bien y los quise devolver. Para devolverlos estuve una semana esperando a que me mandaran la etiqueta, y se pusieron en contacto conmigo que antes de realizar la devolución les mandara fotos, les mandé fotos y me aceptaron la devolución, mandé los bañadores con todo lo que indicaban. Me puse en contacto con ellos y me dijeron que no me devolvían el dinero porque los bañadores olían a jabón y estaban usados, y eso es mentira. Son unos mentirosos y unos ladrones, me tienen que devolver 165€ que me han estafado. No compréis nunca aquí.

I have been using modibodi period underwear since around 2017 and It was time to replace my older versions that were getting to the end of their life. I made an error on ordering and forgot to add a promotion item. The team were amazing and although it wasn’t clear on the site how much I needed to spend, and that a donation wasn’t included within that spend, they honoured the promotion and sent me the leggings.

Fab company, prices have dropped a lot since my initial buy when period underwear was still relatively unknown but the quality is still fantastic.

Great customer service! They were able to sort out an issue I had months after my purchase.

I have very positive experience with modibodi. I’ve been using period pants for few years and I’m well happy and comfortable with them. I had little problem with two of the pairs recently but the team from modibodi reply to my messages really quickly and solve my problem straight away ! Well happy customer! :)

What a waste of money. I bought the super bikini bottoms for my daughter. She swam for less than an hour in the sea and got out to dry herself and had red streaming down her legs. She was so embarrassed.

I sent an email to the company only to get an AI reply about "they are sorry it irritated her skin"

I was searching for a Swimming period pants for my daughter. We found the perfect one from Modibodi.
She says it's super comfy, stylish and worked really well. She used it from day 3 on her period, did not leak or filled up.
It didn't ruined her holiday!
Delivery was also super fast!

Bought the super absorbent bikini bottoms for our holiday. What a mistake. Every time my daughters got out the pool they had blood rushing down their legs. (It happened after being in the water 20 minutes and after 2 hours) They were mortified, as was I. Poor girls. I will never buy again as it has ruined our holiday.

Great fit and no more worrying about period trouble.
Also a great aftercare.

Fantastic customer service, so professional and super quick to respond.

I decided to buy a bathing suit but had not realised that you cannot return it unless you do not open it!! So, it's basically a get lucky or get stuck with what you bought policy, which is ridiculous as these are not cheap bathing suits. I ordered a bottom and paid 40 euros which I could not be refunded because I opened and tried it on and the bathing suit did not fit me well and did not look nice on me. Their reply was that I should have consulted with their size guide, which I am guessing can also predict whether something will not only fit you but also look good on you. Their excuse is hygiene but there must be another way that they can guarantee that a returned bathing suit can be sanitised again or add an extra plastic layer, I am sure they can come up with something more clever than this excuse for keeping the money for something people don't want to keep. Noting that I was a happy customer of their underwear but a bathing suit is another story. Extremely disappointed and feeling kind of misleaded, as it should be mentioned more clearly on their website that it is essentially a NO RETURNS POLICY ON BATHING SUITS when you try them. This is not the industry norm and it should be more explicitly explained. If they feel so strongly about their hygiene policy why not shout about it?

Ich hatte eine Auswahlbestellung abgegeben, um herauszufinden, welche Größe passt. 2 von 4 Teilen wurden in der falschen Größe geliefert. Eine Rücksendung kostet, obwohl falsch geliefert. Eine Rückerstattung habe ich nicht bekommen. Stattdessen habe ich abwechselnd mit einer KI und einer Kundenbetreuerin gechattet, die unterschiedliche Aussagen getroffen haben. Ich musste bestimmt 10 Bilder meiner Ware und den Fehllieferungen schicken. Bis heute ist nichts passiert.

I accidentally bought something from them this morning and instantly emailed them to cancel and request a refund. An almost instant automatic response came back to say my order hadn't shipped yet and they'd pass my refund request to a human operative to handle my request. I've just now received an email to say it's been shipped! Why?

I imagine I'll now have to go through the hoop jumping to send the item back to them and request a refund which will no doubt take weeks, rather than them just cancel it before they sent it and refund it which we all know doesn't take 14 days to process but they'll say it does anyway. Just frustrating really.
