***Update re the response below as it's incorrect--
Modulr removed the lowest tier price plan of £10 and replaced it with one with a 200% increase. There was no loyalty offer to me as they suggest, they just offered the new lowest price plan.
The new features are of no use to me, I can accept price rises but not 200/600% ones, not sure how Modulr thinks this is acceptable, surprised they even tried to justify it.
Been with Modulr for a few years now but recently received an email saying that my monthly fee was rising from £10 to £67.20, so nearly a 600% increase.
They then offered £29, so just a mere 200% increase.
The reason given for the increase, inflation.
Goodbye Modulr.

Been using the system for over a year and have no issue usually, and accept that mistakes happen, however the total lack of customer service and tech support over a weekend is disgraceful. I transferred the money for our payroll, and I have 47 team members that I can’t pay. I’ve emailed and left 4 messages and had no response. They seem not to care that I have 47 families that are impacted by not receiving their monthly wage

Signing up for this was an absolute nightmare! It took way longer than it should have. Honestly, it felt like they were going out of their way to make things complicated. All I wanted to do was get started, but instrad, I felt like I was jumping through hoops Here I was, excited to finally use it, and they bogged me down with this crazy signup process.

Scammer alert!
Don’t trust anyone using this bank. Do not send money to this bank. I was scammed by someone pretending to be the person I know using this bank. Fake names were allowed to create bank accounts as their account names!

We have found Modulr a massive add-on to the services we offer. It integrates well with our Brightpay software. It will make payments using the best in tech and is really secure. Jessie at Modulr is so helpful and approachable. Shes a star!

I was scammed as many others here. I have been in contact with MODULR and I can confirm that they actively defend criminals and their policies encourage money laundering

Was just scammed out of £840 on WhatsApp someone pretending to be my son he messaged me to lend him money to buy a mobile phone of his friend.
friends name chakib taleb.
Message was so convincing transferred money to his friends account more fool me caught the scammer out but to late transfer was done.
this is the bank they are using so be aware.
The bank is modulr fs limited.

Word of caution, almost got scammed by someone using this bank. Fortunately came here and checked the reviews. Thanks to everyone who shared their experiences here.

Person still sending me another account from this bank to send money.
Like others wad given this sort code to pay a deposit. Just a scammers tool.
Modulr was inadvertently paid a deposit by me twice - £1827 x 2. A recall was asked for by Barclays but the request has been totally ignored. So where has the money gone? They were acting on behalf of Oh Goodlord Ltd. who deny receiving it. The mistake should have been noted and one payment returned.
I've paid money into an account used by this company, its left my account but the person has not received it on their end

A bank scammers use. Was given account by a lady I was going to buy something off but her name didn't match the very foreign name she gave me. Don't trust anyone using this bank
Worst platform you can work with in the world.
If you have tears to share and nerves to spare, go for it. Otherwise, stay away from it.

Still waiting to be onboarded initial sign up email says we aim to get you onboarded within 5 business days and 3 weeks later we are still waiting i have had to chase to get a response and all you get back is sorry we will get the onboarding team to look into it. considering you are charge from the moment you apply this is very poor.
