Used to be really, really good. Almost flawless but recently has gotten so bad it’s a joke. Even in the last four months. Really sad. Was an excellent tool.

Utterly useless, go somewhere else for audio splitting

i get a premium version. It's pretty bad in seperating guitar lead sound ( which was my need) and worse than that. there is no refund option even in first day of yearly subscription. a Total scam and the result is not better that Spliteer (which is Totaly Free)

Don't bother. Terrible customer service and stems no better than many much cheaper alternatives.

Stems are ok (average quality) but there are limits even with a paid account and then if you let the account expire, you can't download the stems you paid for. I get limiting free accounts, but when someone has done a separation using a paid account, they should be able to download the stems they paid for. There are many better stem services out there.

Dreadful product, none of the exports were in the correct BPM and audio quality is very poor. It's completely useless. Almost everything requires a PRO account to use it the Premium is useless.

Customer service is rubbish also. They do not comply with local regulations like the UK Consumer Rights Act. Under which all subscription services sold in the UK are subject to a 14 day refund policy regardless of the contract you signed. They know it's not worth chasing you them so just think their contract supersedes law. What you are you going to do? They don't care.

Don't pay them a penny, you'll regret it and they will ignore any refund requests even when the law dictates that they have to give you one. No morals and a dreadful company with a terrible product. Avoid them at all costs.

I was loving Moises excellent 10 stem separation, and was happy to be paying for their Premium plan. Then they removed the ability to separate more than 4 stems, which would have forced me to upgrade to their extremely expensive Pro plan. Their customer support tried to deny the feature was removed, giving me a ridiculous, non-functioning workaround. Thankfully I hadn't paid for a year, as they don't offer refunds.

I highly recommend you only pay month-to-month, as removing services you thought you already purchased seems to be their M.O. Look around at other reviews, showing a pattern of feature manipulation and poor customer service.

do not care to answer. not email, not facebook, no nothing. but they keep the money. for a programm that is not working. library will not load on ANY device, click track is all over the place where it does not belong, quality is shit, subscription cancelling not possible. and and and. you people are scum and need to be locked up immediately.

I used to like this app. It's able to separate lead and backing vocals from instrumentals. Problem is there's a limit to how much uploading you can do a month. Another one is when you use it to extract the lead vocals, there end up being artifacts in the audio files, such as noises, distortions, garbling, etc. And they call this "The Musician's App".
Don't waste your time or money on this app. It's not as great as they say it is.

Not sure why so many people have been giving this shitty reviews, but I've been using it for the past few years without much problem.

THE SIDEBAR SUCKS, THOUGH!

I liked the app, however, apparently some hacker changed my email address and used my account to buy 3 $199 accounts. (I was already autorenewed at $39 for the next 12 months). When i contacted the company (moises), they said all protocols were met and I purchased the 3 $199 accounts. I showed them proof of my original purchase, proof of someone changing my email address and also proof of my early December Autorenew that was overwritten with 3 $199 accounts. They will not do anything, referred me to take it up with my bank. So now, I cant even get into my account, because technically its no longer my account as the email address (and passwords) were changed by what appears to be some one in the Middle East. (the email i received that showed my email was changed was in Arabic). Anyways, nothing they are going to do for me. Somehow they let someone else change my email address and password with them, no additional requirements before doing so to validate it was me doing this. I am SOL. PS. Even when i provided proof of my actual prior purchase and renewal..they still couldnt find my account, eventhough my original email and account number with them was listed.

Works very well for me. All features there for making a great backing track. Fair pricing.

There are better apps for the same thing and they don't treat a premium customer well at all.
I don't recommend it.

Got a free account to test out their product. Lo and behold, 90% of the functions cannot be used. So.. You want ME to pay for a service without knowing how good OR bad it is? Sounds to me that's probably because their product is actually bad, and they don't want you to know BEFORE you've forked over between ~5$ to ~30$ per month.

Don't subscribe, they don't allow you to turn off auto renewal, there is no way for you to cancel subscription. Their app brings you back to paypal but paypal is not even showing the subscription so no way for users to unsubscribe. This is unacceptable in 2024. You are scammers.

Do not pay for any extras with Moises, just use the free software. The extras are subpar and this company will not refund your money no matter what, even if you ask for it immediately. There is absolutely no customer service other than a chatbot. In short, they are crooks. Buyer beware.

Sign in on Mac is effectively impossible. What a waste of time.

Hello. I recently deactivated moises ai from my pc because of issues with tracking cookies and ad privacy tracking. You must do something about that because it can and does distort any music project I used. Somehow it alters the quality in sound which is why I disbanded. No matter how many times I tried and clean mt pc it always came back just as tracking cookies do. I'm not sure if other members are experiencing the issue. If I decide to join again please ensure me I will not have any hassles with this problem. Right now I need to know what the waiting period I'd to open a new account. If any. I will keep in contact with you if I get any malfunctions. Thank you for reading my post. And please do do something about those tracking cookies.

I paid 39.99 via PayPal on July 23, 2024 and still don't have access to all the features, it appears as a "free account". I've written several email asking for a solution and got nothing. It's been two weeks without a solution. Costumer service is a disaster. Stay away of Moises.AI, they don't have solved my problem and have not refunded my money. I think it's scam.
