I bought it but it immediatly failed working. There is no refund. It doesn't even use their own technology in the back end. Avoid at all cost, it's a broken product and don't believe the hype.

The software worked okay for me for a little while when I tested it for free, but it was freezing after purchase and there is no customer support other than Bots. They offer no refunds when their product doesn't work. There are similar softwares out there that aren't trying to rip you off. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you value customer service and your money. If you did have an issue with them, please do dispute it with your credit card merchant.

It does what it says, separates tracks, can do mastering, but this is nowhere close to the real thing, and everything sounds overcompressed and of poor quality. For amateur fun, yes, but for anything more serious, really not. It is limited by the current state of AI development overall, so it cannot create professionally sounding tracks with studio quality. They did a good job with paying for ads, marketing, and hiring streamers to promote it, but in reality, it just isn't that great.

They are thieves. I had the monthly then upgraded to the yearly pro since they took away services as leverage. after one day of having it I noticed the quality was subpar and asked for customer support to step, needless to say it fell on deaf ears. then I disputed through my bank and somehow I was never able to retrieve my 300 dollars. Use any other software isotope of landr are much better. Moises you suck I will personally let everyone know about how much of a scam you truly are.

No customer support and they don't bother to actually hire a CS representative to help it's customers. Have sent 3 emails but only get automated bot replies. I immediately realized within 10 minutes of upgrading to premium version it's not working well for me and have asked for cancellation and refund. No reply and status is unknown, have tried every method to reach out to them but no avail. Will try to contact my credit card company to try and reverse the charge because it's just not worth it.

Its a great app but customer support (if it exists) couldnt care less about any issues or bugs. Ive emailed them 3 times as a paying customer and have had 0 response. If they had a solid team I would give them a 4/5.

Había pagado 20€ en el black friday de 2022 para probar la app, y aunque me gustó, fui dejando de usarla, pero se me olvidó desactivar el pago autómatico, no contaba con eso. Cuando se me cobran 40€ este año 2023, informo al instante a Moisés que no quiero seguir utilizando el servicio, y menos pagando 40€ y habiendo alternativas gratuitas, y que estoy avisando nada más que se me ha realizado el cobro, que por favor me devuelvan mi dinero y me den de baja.

Nada, me responden lo que interesa siempre a la gente que quiere tu dinero uses o no su servicio. Que "la política de empresa es así", no hay devoluciones sin importarnos un carajo tu caso concreto. A llorar a tu casa. Total, nunca más con esta gente, ya encontraré alguien más honrado y ahí sí que pagaré el servicio con gusto, como hago con tantos otros.

Ahora me quedo con cara de tonto, sin usar la app, y con 40€ menos, que ya tengo una vida difícil... Qué fácil es tener políticas de empresa y que os den a todo el mundo. Como hagamos todos lo mismo, vamos buenos.

Moisés, nunca más. Y me arrepiento de haberlo aconsejado a otros músicos. Ahora haré lo contrario.

The service is not as good as FADR.co. Further, I wished to purchase a one month trial and was billed for 12 months. The company refused a refund, relying on T&Cs small print. The company in my view is dishonest for using this policy.

The ambiance, service from every employee was outstanding. Maria our server was superb, she's a definite keeper. Food was outstanding and the barmaid who made our drinks is another keeper.
Will definitely be returning here for another outstanding meal.
The 34ounce porterhouse dry-aged steak was our of this world outstanding as well as the mixed veggies, sautéed mushrooms, Monte Carlo potatoe and the eggplant salad.
