Fast results would definitely use this company again

It is a very fast service and the test results were easy to readI did have a query related to the website as the contact us kept reverting to page not found 404. I cannot fault the service and it just might be a technical glitch hence 5 stars

I'm partially sighted. I need to download my results to enlarge them!
Am I still the only one who can't download their results which I need for my consultant?
Nothing changes on their webpage. The improvements never came.
Am I also the only one who's Anaemia profile
always has to be repeated?? The one thing that is really important for my GP / Endocrinologist.
The rest of the tests are perfect.

Took some time to find the download instruction. Not easy.
Why can't you put the latest test results all on one page along with the diagrams and also have the choice of printing the history off seperatley.
Surely it can't be that difficult.
I have to copy and paste or screenshot and paste to do this.

They were most helpful with email contacts. The test results were available the day after receipt of my sample. Very efficient. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because it needs to made very clear how long it takes to get the amount of blood they need from a pin prick. Otherwise excellent.

Super quick delivery. I was so amazed at how quick the service was, I did the sample Monday morning, it was dropped off at post office mid afternoon, they emailed me the following morning to say they had received sample, and by that evening they had emailed me the result. I could not believe how super quick and efficient it was. I will certainly use their services again.
The only thing that could be improved on is the info relating taking the sample. Until I read the website after getting result back I didn't realise that you ought to have done the test first thing in morning prior to taking any medication or supplements orr food and you ought to have drunk ample water to allow you to take the sample easier.
I ought to also mention the helpful patient customer service advisor that assisted me with regards registering my details with them in order to place the order, as I was experiencing so many problems
