I have been using hearing aids for nearly 40 years and I have found that the Monmouthshire Hearing Centre provides the very best service and support I have ever received anywhere. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in the area who needs audiological advice. Well done to Helen and her team, especially as they have shown great resilience in dealing with the recent flood.

I have been a client of Monmouth Hearing for some years now and have recommended them to others too. Always excellent, personal and helpful service. They were so quick off the mark after suffering devastating flood damage and relocated to a business park just outside town. They have had a difficult and stressful time but all the staff remain cheerful and dedicated to people’s hearing and ear care!

Wow - i felt compelled to write a review after the outstanding service i received. They are incredibly professional, very nice and extremely good value.

I had a standard ear wax removal carried out and a few weeks later, it did not feel right. I went back and they took a detailed look and removed some wax which had accumulated since the original procedure and were concerned that something was going on, so asked me back for a third check up, where they removed some further wax and gave me the all clear. All i paid for was the original appointment. And they are all so nice in the clinic.

Continuity is so vital as you get older and add in the high level of competence and professional standards and confidence supplied and a feeling of safety is assured.

I trust this team and that has to be the best thing possible when dealing with one's hearing!
