This is a scam! The watches stopped working and I have contacted them more than 20 times asking to cancel the direct debit. They don't respond and keep trying to take my money. I have blocked them but they keep trying to charge me. I am going to have to cancel my card completely.

If I could give 0 stars I would its a scam doesn't work and they've been charging me for months.. it won't let me canlce and now I can't login yet they are still taking my money.. customer service is an absolute joke nobody gets back to you.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM OF A WATCH!!!!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a long time now, despite various emails from my end to cancel the subscription, ZERO response from help@moochies.

Yet they keep charging my card.
I also think that this has become a scam now!

Ik vond het waardeloos. Had helaas ook geen recensies gelezen omdat ik de mediamarkt vertrouwde. De batterij van de horloge was heel snel leeg. Hij werd heel warm met opladen. Bediening was onduidelijk en veel werkte er niet. Bellen moest via de app. Abonnement zou maandelijks opzegbaar zijn maar reageren niet op mijn mailtjes en ondertussen wordt er nog maandelijks abonnementsgeld afgeschreven voor een horloge die ik maanden geleden al retour heb gebracht naar de mediamarkt. Niet aan beginnen is mijn advies

i cancelled and blocked my card to get rid of them , after they confirmed subscription was cancelled .

What a bullshit company and a bullshit watch! Paid for a plan and I watch that I can't use. Sort your shit out and cancel my plan! I've sent email after email to sort it out and I've heard nothing back! What a waste of money!

Bought 2 watches, one for my son and one for a friends son. Neither of us can get them activated. My friend paid for her subscription and still can’t access the app. The app just shows error. I haven’t even opened mine because of this but upon downloading the app to see if I can create an account, sure enough it says error try again later. I sure as hell won’t be doing a subscription if I can’t use it!

Contacted customer support, never got a reply. Registered as a customer on the website for the shop and was sent an email stating a separate email if I had any questions. Waiting game is on with attempt no.2.

I wouldn’t recommend going any where near moochies and considering WHSmith sold all their moochies stock off cheap, probably knowing the scams moochies are pulling. Typical.

Scam !!!! I payed for the SIM card and subscription and I never got my code and they are still tying to charge my credit card !! Don’t get anything from this company they don’t get back to you never again !!!!!!!!

Scam company, shame on any outlets selling this product, they are just as bad as moochies. Sell people a poor cheap product then charge an expensive monthly subscription that can't be cancelled. Stay clear!

If you do decide to buy one, insist on having the retailer activate it for you, as customer support has been completely unhelpful. Honestly, it feels like $150 wasted. Good luck if you go for it.”

I'm having the same issue as other people (watch not working, cancelled contract but fees still taken from account). I am now raising this with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) so hopefully it will be resolved and others will not go through the same issues we have.

Ik heb 1 ster gegeven omdat het niet anders kan maar eigenlijk is het geen 1 ster waard.
Waardeloos horloge en vooral waardeloos bedrijf. Reageren nergens op, er is geen telefoonnummer te vinden, de app waar je alles mee moet bedienen werkt niet dus je kunt er niks mee, alleen klokkijken en foto's maken. Verder het bellen en gps niet omdat de app niet werkt.

Wel wordt er iedere maand €30 afgeschreven voor 2 abonnementen die je moest aanschaffen voor de simkaartjes die in de horloges zitten. Op de site staat dat je je op elk moment kunt afmelden, maar omdat ze nergens op reageren kan dit dus niet.
Creditcard laten blokkeren, zodat ze niets meer af kunnen schrijven.

Ook belachelijk dat dit bij mediamarkt wordt verkocht. Omdat ik dit vertrouwde heb ik heel naïef de recensies niet gelezen.

Further to my previous review, in spite of me writing to Moochies to ask for them to stop all future payments (and my putting a stop for payments to my bank) Moochies continued to take money out of our account for the last 2 months for a watch and service that we no longer have. I also asked for a refund of my initial set up fee from Moochies but this never materialised. Moochies have never replied to my numerous emails to them. I have had to put a second stop on the payment to them with my bank (that is another story!). Be warned. Moochies in not a reliable company to do business with.

Very bad service I bought a watch then returned it next day I didn't get any refund, they keep taking money from my account I have sent a lot of emails no one reply 😕 am so upset I want my money back

We bought the Watch-and it was already hard to set up. And then after a while,it just stopped responding. Can not connect to my phone,there is no covarage,cant do anything. Still paying for the plan! And tried emailing them-2 months nothin . Very bad . Waisted money! And how do i even cancell the plan!

Smartwatch van mediamarkt gehaald. Moochies blijkt een frauduleus bedrijf ten zijn van UK. App werkt niet. Kan alleen een e-mail sturen zonder enige reactie. Geld gaat wel iedere maand van de rekening af.

Been trying to cancel the sim plan for months, they keep taking 17.50 off my bank, emailed customer services and the help email as advertised on their site and no reply

Will have to cancel my bank card and report this as fraud as they have been contacted and tried to cancel it with bank but it won't let me

Bien desepcionada con el servicio un año sin usarlo y me siguen sacando el dinero del banco he tratado de comunicarme por tell por email y nunca responden solo son unos mañosos que están robando nada más very dessapointed

The watch didn’t work to start with. Got refund for the watch , which I bought from Officeworks. However, still pending on my sim cancellation. I received one reply which asked for some information which I have provided but no response after that. They debited installation fee and now Sim plan amount keeps getting debited from my account. Very disappointed 😖

Extremely disappointed! My son has been without the use of watch for over 3 months. Reported to Moochies (request number 336520 then changed to 341089), they ask some questions which I answered but haven't had a response since then.
I have now asked my account be cancelled, still no response, but they take my money each month without fail. No phone number online to contact them either.
If Moochies staff looking at these comments PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! and stop charging me. I do not want this non-functional watch anymore.
