Sadly I had a severe allergic reaction and had to use my epi pen plus hospital visit due to the body wash that said it didn't contain milk protein but actually it did. Ingredients weren't true to label. Now I stay well away from the Moo goo products because I don't believe the labels even on the products with no dairy.

Love their shampoo and conditioner, I’ve bought other skincare products for my mother who has sensitive skin. I particularly like being able to buy large refill bags for the shampoo and conditioner.

I absolutely LOVE MooGoo! I’ve now swapped probably 90% of the products we use over to MooGoo, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the range.

The Ceramide Double Cream in particular has been incredible for both mine and my son’s eczema. Our skin has been so much calmer since using it, and it’s been wonderful finding something gentle that actually feels beautiful on the skin as well.

And it’s not just the skincare! The detangler spray, protein shot and the rest of the haircare products I’ve tried are just awesome. Everything feels so lovely to use, and I genuinely look forward to hairwash night.

That’s probably what I love most about MooGoo the products don’t just feel like something you’re using because you have sensitive or eczema-prone skin. They feel beautiful, nourishing and high quality. Its def worth the try especially for kids.

At this point, pretty much the only things I haven’t swapped over are my toothpaste and sunscreen! MooGoo has well and truly taken over our bathroom, and I’m very happy about it.

Excellent product range! ... I love my creamy body wash, full cream body moisturiser, lip balms, aluminium free roll-on deodorant which packs a punch and is so gentle that it can be used in the groin and under boob areas!

Not sure why it says unhappy because I'm definitely not, I'm very pleased with the product.
For the last month I've suffered with very dry flaky skin mainly on my face. This has been caused by the dry air in the house as we have a wood burner. I used my usual moisturiser which helped a bit but my skin started becoming red and angry. I started looking for an all natural solution with no nasties. It was then I found MooGoo and purchased the full cream. Within a week my skin was less red and flaky. Ive been using it for 3 weeks now and my skin is better than it was before. Feels smooth and more hydrated. I've been so impressed that I've bought the skin milk udder cream for the rest of my body and the natural fresh cream deodorant. Ive notice a difference already on my arms and legs. I'm so glad I found MooGoo.

New customer in search of a solution to hands feeling sensitive to the cold and getting thinner and dryer skin, read about MooGoo and bought 2 tubs of Pink Sorb -B12, only early days and yet noticing a change within days, prompt delivery and great value, wont hesitate to recommend to friends as to their huge range of products.

Packaging active ingrediants like retinol etc into plastic packaging is bad for people, the chemical break down the plastic leaching into the product. Please change packaging asap to glass

Moo Goo is THE BEST product. Smells gorgeous, feels gorgeous and is gorgeous. I have been buying their products for years and today my parcel arrived, packed beautifully as always) with a little note. Such great service and after being such a loyal and long time customer it’s so nice to get a little gift to say thanks.

Trying to go low tox I ordered 2 of their aluminium free roll on deodorants. The package came in the expected timeframe with a free moisturiser inside (how did they know I’d just ran out?) as well as a beautiful handwritten note.

The deodorants are so nice and I can’t explain it but they just feel more natural going into my skin, call it placebo but that’s what it feels like. Nice subtle scents and avoiding all the nasty stuff.

Now for the free moisturiser, smells amazing like vanilla (has natural vanilla), goes on thick but absorbs quickly and doesn’t look thick at all! Now tell me why my lifelong red face is all of a sudden calm??? I don’t wear makeup I’m a moisturiser and sunscreen girl so this moisturiser has now become an unexpected game changer.

I have no idea about these bad reviews, my experience and both my sister’s experiences have been great! Will continue to support this low tox Aussie business.

Love the products. They feel really natural

I've used so many skin products for my eczema and Psoriasis and nothing has ever worked. I even went to the extent of getting creams internationally that didn't have a word of English on them. I promise you this is not a paid review, and I'm the last person to type one. But I finally found a product that actually worked, I used a few of the products but me personally the one that worked wonders for me was the Scalp Repair Cream, It was a overnight cure. Of course everyone is different, but this has been one of my biggest insecurities for the longest time and finally I can be comfortable in my own skin. I hope this company see's this review, you guys have helped me in so many more ways than you know!

I've struggled with eczema my whole life, and unfortunately this was the worst product I have tried.
My skin was somewhat manageable with Cetaphil's ezcema cream after a few months of use, but I was looking for something stronger. I began using MooGoo pink ezcema cream twice a day, and within a few days it actually made my skin worse. It re-aggravated the skin I'd worked so hard to heal and spread my ezcema. It's not just itchy, it's painful and actively damaging. I've now switched back to Cetaphil to undo the damage and bring down the stinging, but a few days of MooGoo use set my recovery back months. I'm in pain, I'm bleeding, and I'm so upset.
I've emailed back for a refund but haven't heard back. I've also tried leaving a honest review twice on their website, but I think they keep getting deleted for being one-star.

I turned to MooGoo a few years ago to help with scalp issues after reading positive commentary and in the hope that something natural would help. While it did initially help with the scalp issues I was having, the attention soon turned to how it absolutely destroyed my hair - turning it to straw, rejecting any product and becoming incredibly water repellant when washing. It was truly shocking how the shampoo had affected my hair which had been previously soft and beautiful hair albeit with scalp issues. I had to stop using MooGoo. My hairdresser who I had been friends with for years asked what I was using and at the mention of MooGoo said that it was absolutely not uncommon in her experience for clients to have similar experience. I will never use MooGoo shampoo and conditioner again and off the back of my experience, won't use anything else from their range.

Love this brand, started using it a couple of years ago since using the Yuka app to guide my purchases. All MooGoo products rate really highly, and no products rate low, which is very rare to find. I've tried a lot of their products and have sensitive skin and have no reactions or irritation from these products. I now use their moisturiser (for my face and body), their face wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner regularly, as well as the soothe balm, which is my favourite one.
I'm also really happy they're Australian owned and made, and like the prices, sales, notes in the boxes and the extra products they sometimes gift with an order.
I was motivated to write this review because I just listened to ABC background briefing on sunscreen and was really impressed with the owner's ethical and proactive behaviour.
This made me reflect on what a relief it is to be able to trust and rely on a brand for my family's skincare.

Awful. Don't use.
I have used them a few times. The products are ok if expensive so I wait for the 'offers'. However beware, they tell you there are discounts but then take the discount away as you are paying.
I just spent ages ordering some products because I was promised 15% off. I kept checking back to see if it was working. As soon as I paid, I checked the invoice email. Between ordering and payment they had taken away the 15%. I triple checked the discount was applied so they definitely took away the discount, as I pressed 'buy'. I thought this must be a tech glitch so I emailed them immediately, within minutes of the transaction, asking them to honour the 15% offered. However when they (Courtney) refused to, it became obvious that this was not a tech glitch but something that is business as usual. I am 100% sure the 15% discount was there, I checked several times. but they made it disappear as the payment went through. Minutes later they wouldn't refund me or honour the 15%. i will never ever trust them again. Customer lost. I'm telling as many people as possible to avoid them as they promote themselves to vulnerable people with cancer who really don't need this stress.

im annoyed that i have only just discovered moogoo. im 35 and have tried alot of different products, some of which making my conditions worse or better but literally 3 days after using the shampoo and conditioners from moogoo - i can't explain with words how much better off i am. the lip balm is also ripper and i will be shopping the store for other products to replace my moisterisers and lotions too

This review is about the lack of customer service not any product. 5 Days ago I placed an order and have still not seen that order shipped. I have received three stupid e-mails (SPAM) since I placed the order but nothing with tracking information. I emailed moogoo and asked where my order was and as yet had NO RESPONSE. All other orders I placed the same day arrived days ago so I am thinking this MooGoo shop is a SCAM.

After purchasing as many MooGoo products as possible and offering them to be used by my family over Christmas - all the daughter in laws and my daughter agreed the shampoo and conditioner are absolutely amazing. Leaving our beautiful hair so glossy and shiny and healthy in every way. The natural milk wash leaves your skin feeling so nourished and the deodorant has completely omitted any odour and is a gamechanger still yet to use all the products but have totally started to switch over to MooGoo!!! We love it!!!

Always have a great experience with MooGoo moisturisers
