Ich habe am Sonntagabend bestellt und gehofft, dass die Ware am Montag versendet wird. Nun warte ich, und weder am Montag noch am Dienstag wurde sie versendet. Ich frage mich, wie lange ich noch warten muss.

Placed order no movement. Sent emails and no response. Item said next day delivery and it’s been 10 days and nothing. Then they ask me to leave a review so I have done outlining that I have yet to receive item.

Worst experience ever. I did not receive my package which I ordered 2 weeks ago and they are not replying to my emails either. This website is one big scam. Do absolutely not order here.

Goede kwaliteit driewieler en veel goedkoper bij Mooiys dan bij de concurrent.
Zaterdag besteld en woensdag in huis.
Vandaag besteld morgen in huis gaat niet echt op... maar zeker het wachten waard.
Hopelijk gaat onze kleinzoon lang van zijn driewielertje genieten.

Pakket besteld hia bol.com bij dit bedrijf. Ze zeggen een klanten service te hebben die elke dag bereikbaar is, mooi niet! binnen 24 uur reactie op je mail....mooi niet! Door tussenkomst van BOL lijkt nu aĺles goed te komen. Wacht van Mooiys nog steeds op antwoord.

I placed an order on Friday July 24th. But this company is useless. They took the money but didnot provide any sort of confirmation. I went on their website for customer service and it is a failed page, they dont have a number to speak to and the number i found it is also unreachable.
I tried to contac the parent company Deryan but they are also not picking up the phone, i have no idea when my order will be delivered.

23 juli een bestelling geplaats die zou de dag er na geleverd worden tot nu toe nog niets ontvangen gevraagd hoe lang het duurt maar krijg geen antwoord. heb hem woensdag nodig ga er van uit dat hij niet wordt geleverd voor die tijd.

Ik heb een buggy besteld die volgens de website de volgende dag geleverd zou worden. Drie weken later heb ik nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op meerdere berichten naar de klantendienst kreeg ik geen enkel antwoord en als je hun belt ben je "wachtende 40 in de rij".

Op basis van mijn ervaring raad ik ten sterkste af om hier iets te kopen.

Voor 23.59 besteld, vandaag verzonden. Nee dus. Na 3 dagen nog geen enkel bericht van Mooiys. Dus geen driewieler voor de verjaardag van mijn kleinkind. Op mijn mail, waar de driewieler blijft krijg ik geen reactie. Geld weg. Nooit meer.

Great car seat. We tried one first and liked it so much that we replaced the second old seat as well. Main plus points: a) Isofix, b) swivels, and c) straps are easy to adjust. Great seat.

Was promised a delivery date and still have no tracking details a week later. Sent 4 emails and no correspondence back. Ordered this item for an upcoming holiday and looks like I will have to pay even more money to buy a new one elsewhere as there is no option for refund. Starting to think it’s a scam

My order was due to arrive in 2-3 working days. It has still not shipped.
I have sent 8 emails and only received a reply twice. I've not had a reply to my last 4 emails.

I called last Thursday, they told me it would leave the warehouse either that day or the next day, I had them confirm this in writing by email also, it's now Wednesday and still nothing.

They posted on their instagram about a warehouse delay which is fair enough, but they should be updating their paying customers.

I commented on the post and they replied to send a DM, which I already had. 6 DM's I've sent now, no reply, even resorted to messaging on TikTok! I tried to call again this morning, on hold for ages, got to caller number 3 and they hung up.

The 'customer service' or lack of, that they advertise as being 'fast and premium' has been non existent.

This was a gift for a birthday that has now passed.
I don't even want a refund, I just want my order sent to me.

I really thought this brand looked high quality and trustworthy, but I've been incredibly dissapointed in my purchase and would advise anyone not to order here through fear that the product will never be sent!

I have started to look at my consumer rights in this situtaion as its seems they are now in breach of contract for lack of fulfilment. Perhaps someone will see this review and reply to me and ship my order.... I can only hope before I have to escalate further :(

Website said the product (kids bike) was available for next day delivery which was why I ordered. It’s now been two weeks and still not even shipped and no explanations whatsoever. That was supposed to be birthday gift’s for my twin boys, their birthdays are way past now. Serves me right as I saw the negative reviews but chose to proceed with them thinking they ll be atleast convenient. Please can you guys cancel the orders and process refund ASAP.

Mijn product is nooit geleverd en mobiele nummer is niet in gebruik. Vreselijk!

Do not order from this company. It says delivery 2-3 days to the UK. Over a week and nothing dispatched. Their contact number does not connect and no one replies to any email messages. I have reported to the fraud team and trying to recover money from bank. Big scam.

Onlangs is ons toegezegd dat wij ons geld retour krijgen na terugzending van een kinderfiets. Na meerdere malen contact hierover te hebben gehad, wordt ons gevraagd twee werkweken geduld te hebben en dat het geld dan gestort wordt. Inmiddels alweer 4 weken verder en nog steeds geen geld ontvangen en opeens ook geen antwoord meer op onze mails. Zeer Zeer slecht..... Dit bedrijf is niet te vertrouwen.
