I have ordered the product on 9th January 2026 and received confirmation on the order, but no update on the product delivery or information regarding the delivery for the past many days. Tried calling the customer care to expedite the process no use. The company website says delivery within a day in the Netherlands, and its 8 days now (16/01/2026). I haven't received my product yet.

Besteld voor 17.00 uur is volgende dag geleverd......not.
Zit nu al 2 dagen te wachten op mijn bestelling, alleen een bestelbevestiging gekregen maar geen verzendinformatie of iets.
Krijg geen antwoord op mijn mail, alleen een verzoek om een review te schrijven.
Bij deze dus....waardeloos!

Ik heb een klimboog, klimrek en glijbaan gekocht. Er zat een stukke plank bij, hierover heb ik gelijk contact gehad. Ik zou een nieuwe toegestuurd krijgen. Echter was dit een plank die niet passend is. Ik heb hierover meerdere keren (bijna 7 maanden lang) contact over gehad, elke keer werd toegezegd dat het werd verzonden, en soms werd verteld dat de plano niet voorradig was. Echter kwam er geen oplossing. Ik heb gevraagd om een korting. Deze is mij toegezegd en tot op heden heb ik daarvan nog niets ontvangen. Heel slecht. Telkens word iets toegezegd en niet waargemaakt. Ongeloofwaardig!

Updated 16/1/2026 Very difficult to get your order delivered. The phone number is fake (Does not exist), and the positive reviews are suspected to be bogus. My "next day" delivery finally showed up on day 11, after several emails and the threat of a legal investigation. I was not warned that the rollator (walking aid) would require self-assembly. No elderly person who needs a rollator would be able to assemble it without the help of a skilled bicycle mechanic.

Still not received my Pram I ordered. Delivery states 2-3 days but it’s been a week now and still not even had an email to say it’s even been dispatched. I understand it may be holiday time but if that is the case, delivery times should be amended. I have also contacted 3 times and had no reply even when it states someone should reply within 24 hours.

We hebben de Qplay Sema Step Scoot and Ride - 5-in-1 balansscooter besteld op Mooiys. Voor die prijs een prima step. Helaas kan het zitje niet worden versteld zoals bij duurdere varianten, waardoor de step met het zitje voor een 2 jarige al snel te klein wordt. En de duwstang gaat moeilijk los, wat een beetje onhandig is. Maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Goede communicatie en snelle verzending vanuit Mooiys.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and it’s fabulous!
It has lots of amazing features but I especially love the fact that it converts from a trike to a balance bike, and also that the pedals (when not in use) are stored under the seat.
A desirable safety feature that my son commented on is that the long parent pole also steers the bike so it isn’t just left to a 2-year old to decide where he’s going!
I bought the black and gold bike and it looks stunning!
I can’t rate this bike highly enough and would definitely recommend it.

Ordered 3 weeks before Christmas and after numerous emails asking when I will receive my order, Christmas Eve came and I still haven’t had a response. I even messaged on instagram with no response. The only email I received was asking if I wanted to change the colour as the one I originally wanted was out of stock- I immediately replied accepting the different colour and i’m no closer to getting my order. I’ve asked to cancel my order and for a full refund. After reading these reviews I’m not confident I will get this!

Dommage, car le produit est correct, mais le SAV gâche tout. Les explications données sont simplistes et à côté de la plaque, ce qui donne le sentiment d’être pris pour un imbécile. Au lieu d’aider, on tourne en rond. À améliorer d’urgence.
