Aankoop gedaan in mei, bestelling nooit ontvangen. Het zou op terugweg zijn naar Moonday. Na 4 maanden hebben zij mijn bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen en willen nog steeds wachten. Krijg mijn geld ook niet terug!

I ordered a sweater on July 1st and still haven’t received anything. No response to multiple emails. The tracking number I got says UPS hasn’t received the package.

Poor communication, no delivery, no refund, feels like a scam. Would not recommend ordering from this brand.

No entiendo los malos comentarios, llevo muchísimos años confiando en esta marca y siempre me han atendido bien y de forma profesional. Mi último pedido perfecto y es de hace una semana.

Une étoile parce qu’on ne peut pas mettre moins.
Colis jamais arrivé et commande depuis 1 mois.

Cela fait un mois que j’ai commandé un pull - aucun suivi - toujours rien envoyé et aucune réponse malgré plusieurs mails et messages Instagram ! Alors que j’ai bken été débite ! Arnaque !

J'ai commandé un article il y a presque un mois, et il n'a toujours pas été expédié, et cela malgré mes relances... Je pense que je ne vais jamais le recevoir..

Pedí una devolución ya que no era mi talla, y tras 10 días sin responderme me dicen que ok que si quiero se hacen cargo del envío.
Una vez realizado el envío llevo ya 2/3 semanas que no sé nada de ellos; ni me contestan al email ni me han devuelto el dinero.
Es una pésima atención al cliente que encima se te quedan con el dinero sin darte más explicaciones!

TERRIBLE!! Zero customer service. I have paid for an order that never arrived, never received any tracking and now customer services won’t provide any update/answer! Please avoid!!

I’ve ordered a Sweatshirt after an ad seen on Instagram. Unfortunately I didn’t thought of looking for reviews before ordering. I’ve placed my purchase on May 19th and since then I never received any tracking number. I’ve contacted the brand on Instagram and by email. They confirmed they will look with the transporter and make sure to share with me the tracking number. Since then never heard again from them.
Nowadays, we order from all around the world and tracking a package is super easy. I think this company isn't serious, there is no issue with delivery they just never send the item and keep the money. I’ve just emailed them to ask for a refund. Let see…

Een bestelling geplaatst op 26 mei en tot op heden geen update ontvangen over wanneer er geleverd zal worden. Ik begin te vrezen dat ik opgelicht ben. Ik heb al via diverse kanalen getracht contact op te nemen (mail, Instagram, Facebook) maar krijg geen respons. Er werd beloofd dat verzending gebeurt binnen 4/6 werkdagen, maar dit is absoluut niet het geval… Ik ben zelf niet zeker dat er iets verzonden word…

Ik heb een maand moeten wachten op de levering van een kleedje dat ik besteld had. Het kleedje paste niet dus ik wil het terugsturen, maar heb nu na 2 weken nog steeds geen antwoord gekregen op mijn mailtje voor het returnprocess in gang te zetten. Hier bestel ik nooit meer.

Leí los comentarios y me asusté porque ya había hecho el pedido pero ha ido todo perfecto. Me llegó pronto y es muy bonita la sudadera.

Компания не дорожит своей репутацией. На сайте написаны сроки доставки 4-6 рабочих дней, но мне пришлось ждать с 28.04 по 23.05. На письма администрация отвечает очень медленно. Товар среднего качества. Второй покупки не будет, потому что аналогов больше чем достаточно

Ordered a hoodie on the 2nd May had a confirmation email and then not heard anything since. There's no way to track your order and after searching for contact info I sent two emails chasing up my order and had no response. Would not use!

He solicitado la devolución de dos pedidos y después de casi dos meses sigo sin el reembolso y sin noticias de ellos
Uno de ellos ante la falta de respuesta por su parte de casi un mes sobre mi petición de que se encargasen ellos de la recogida del paquete ,lo devolví por mi cuenta a través de correos a la dirección que me indicaron de Mejeces en Valladolid y más de dos meses después aún no sé nada.
Y el segundo pedido ,tras ser recogido en mi domicilio por parte de su servicio de recogida sigue sin reembolsarse su importe.
En definitiva me he quedado sin las prendas y sin el dinero de dos pedidos tras más de dos meses lo que me llevará a iniciar acciones ante la OCU.
No responden a los numerosos mails que les he enviado y tampoco dispongo de teléfono de atención al cliente.
Una auténtica vergüenza!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. As with many of the reviews here, I bought 3 sweaters and asked to send back 2. The delivery of the order also went completely wrong stating that the sweaters had been delivered when they had not and I had to track this down for days.

I requested a refund (ridiculous) on the 19th April. They everntually said yes to the request. I sent back the sweaters on the 25th April and they were received by the company on the 29th April. Today is the 16th May and I have still not receieved my refund.

I have emailed the company multiple times with evidence of the received delivery.

This is such a scam. They have about 140 euros of mine which they are not refunding, it is day light robbery.
Please do not buy from this company, they need to be reported and shut down.

In response to the company's response below which I cannot seem to respond to, my order was received by you 17 days ago, which exceeds the 14 day returns policy, and NO I have not received a refund.

I have also NOT received an email from in response to 5 emails asking for my refund and you have completely ignored me until you saw my comment on here.

How do you have the time to find a review about your company and respond. Yet don't have the time to respond to an email directly sent to your company inbox?

Your business is shameful and needs to be inspected. You withhold people's money from them and completely ignore them when they try to contact you.

Consumer Service is super slow, it takes up to weeks to receive an answer. Also it took 4 weeks to ship the order. Now I want to return, this needs to be requested as well and - guess what? I think it will takes weeks again until I can return the order and be refunded.

I placed an order on the 25th of April, getting a confirmation email of the order and that the order will be shipped after 4-6 workdays… now we are in mid-May, I have reached out to them on their website and on their customer serive e-mail “team at moondaybrand.com” and haven’t heard anything back. I’m starting to think this is a scam and I will try to escalate this further with the Spanish authorities jf I don’t hear back.

Bestelling op 12 april geplaatst, producten pas op 7 mei ontvangen. Klantenservice reageerde pas na herhaaldelijk aandringen. Eindelijk de producten gekregen:
- alles stinkt enorm, dus meteen in de wasmachine moeten gooien.
- de kleur van de trui is knalgeel terwijl hij op de website wit lijkt.
- het telefoonhoesje begint na een week gebruik al af te bladderen.

Kortom, ik bestel hier never nooit meer.
