Helaas de trui retour moeten sturen omdat de kleur niet hetzelfde is zoals weergegeven is op de webshop. De verzendkosten niet terug gekregen nadat er meerdere mailtjes over en weer zijn gegaan dat de kleur niet hetzelfde is zoals is weergegeven op de afbeelding. Hier ook over gemaild en krijg alleen reactie dat hier nog niet eerder over gemaild is en dat ik het alsnog moet betalen.. Nog een keer aangegeven dat de kleur niet is zoals is weergegeven en dat het niet netjes is als ik de verzendkosten moet betalen ook omdat ik de retourkosten zelf heb betaald. De kwaliteit was wel goed maar helaas ga ik hier niet nog een keer bestellen.

Ordered twice. Fast shipping and my Sweaters are beautiful. Shipping notification comes from packlink not moondaybrand that may cause confusion.
I placed a third order and i got it a few days later. My iPhone Case was missing in the parcel so i contacted Moondaybrand via Email. The respond was super quick and they told me, that the iPhone Case comes from a different warehouse and with a separate Parcel. That is the reason why it is missing in my first parcel. So all over, i really Like that Brand.

Order with no news.
I have ordered an item few days ago. I just got the order confirmation by email and then, nothing. My bank account has been debited. I tried to contact Moonday by email and instagram but I get ghosted by them, no answers at all. I highly do not recommend this brand as they just robbed me 70€.

As other reviews - ordered & paid for 2 sweatshirts on 7/6/24. No communication since and no replies to emails or website queries - what a scam!!!! Do not deal with this company!!!!

Absolutely horrendous! I purchased one of the tops on 8th June and have not received it till now. I have messaged via their website, Instagram and direct email. NO response at all! I just want my money back now as it is ridiculous!!!!
