Ich habe 3 Gardinen bestellt, angekommen ist aber nur eine in einer Tüte, in die auch niemals 3 Gardinen gepasst hätten. Nach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice heißt es sie hätten mir 3 geschickt, weil das Gewicht des Paketes 3 Gardinen entsprochen hätte laut Lieferant und ich hätte mich nicht innerhalb von 72 Stunden gemeldet, deshalb müssen sie laut ihren AGBs nicht tätig werden. Somit 220€ für 1 Vorhang bezahlt. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt und auch nicht damit gerechnet, dass ich so behandelt werde. Ich bin sprachlos.

Still waiting on a refund from 2 months ago. Items never arrived. This company seems like scam artists. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade. Wish I’d seen other reviews first!

Bonjour, je pense utile de signaler un disfonctionnement au sein du service de vente en ligne de rideaux techniques sur-mesure de la marque moondream. mon experience: vivement interessé par la technicité et l'esthetique des rideaux puis abandon après plusieurs itérations et investissement personnel, autant sur le site qu'au travers du service clientele (mail et chat, la relation telephonique n'ayant jamais fonctionné dans mon cas), le service clientelle étant de mon point de vue peu compétent ou mal formé en matière de confection de rideaux. le tout lié à un probleme technique du site web de commande qui applique un modele hazardeux (a corriger absolument de mon point de vue) pour resoudre le prix du rideau sur-mesure en fonction des desideratas du client, mais ne permettant pas de controller avec un minimum de précision (a 2 centimetres près) les dimensions à réaliser, innatendu d'un service de confection "sur-mesure" pour des réalisations pouvant couter jusqu'a 200 Euros par metre carré de couverture, voire 400 Euros par m2 (le double) lorsque la largeur neccessite une couture inter-lé.

Do NOT order from this company, they are fraudsters that will take your money. I ordered 2 medium sized suitcases, believing they were a UK company which they are not. Delivery was claimed to have been made with my suitcases being posted through my letterbox!!! I was in all day on the day that was stated, and no delivery was attempted, and to state they were posted is ridiculous. I contacted customer services immediately and for 3 weeks they have been ‘investigating’ with no results. I will be starting the process of fraud today, so disappointed and angry.

hi all i order something from moondream there policy to get a refund is to cancel within 1 hr i cancelled within 20 min and they would not give my money back so all buyers do not buy from these nasty people

We ordered 3 curtains and each one turned out to be 4cm less wide than advertised. I took photos of the measurements and complained only to be told they have a 3% tolerance tucked away in the small print of their terms and conditions. To hide such an onerous term in a consumer contract is illegal under the Consumer Rights Act and equivalent EU regulations.

Customer service however were blunt, rude and failed to accept this or even apologise. So now we are left with expensive curtains that don't fit. Avoid this company!

Terrible customer service for returns
We bought sound insulation curtains and decided to return them because they just didn't work where we thought they would. No problem right? You have 14 days to return and get your money back. Except you have to pay for shipping, which in our case is 76€. So now we are stuck with curtains we don't really like, or need to spend 76€ (about 15% of the total cost) to return them. In today's day of online shopping I was really floored by this. I would not recommend shopping with them given the customer service on returns.

I ordered the rattan patio set for $38.98 on July the 6th they took the money out of my account right away and I have never received the item beware never order from this company again there's no place on there where you can contact them even though I have an order number

Firma schickt B-Ware herraus und will Retoure nicht bezahlen! Es werde auch noch der Kunde beschuldigt, die Ware selber beschätigt zu haben!

Lärmschutzvorhänge auf Maß bestellt.
Die Verarbeitung ist absolut schlecht: unten "ziehen" sich die Vorhangschals nach außen, weil sie schlecht genäht sind.
Außerdem sind die Schals einige cm zu kurz.
Meine Reklamation läuft noch - sollte dort etwas positives herauskommen, dann update ich meine Bewertung nochmal...
Aber aktuell bin ich sowas von unzufrieden - knapp 750€ für absoluten Schrott bezahlt... Danke auch!

Moondream hat die Reklamation abgelehnt, da Maßgeschneiderte Ware ausgeschlossen ist.
Zum Glück habe ich über Paypal gezahlt und Paypal hat zu meinen Gunsten mein Geld zurück erstattet, da ich eindeutig (durch nachmessen) beweisen konnte, dass die gelieferten Vorhänge nicht zum bestellten Maß passten.
Bin also mit einem blauen Auge davon gekommen - dennoch rate ich jedem von Moondream ab - kauft eure Vorhänge lieber irgendwo lokal...

Abdunkelungsvorhang funktioniert absolut gut. NUR die verwendeten Ösen für die Aufhängung sind billiges Blech o.ä. und geben nach dem ersten Waschen (ja, Vorhänge sollten dann und wann auch gewaschen werden können) massive Rostspuren ab. Bei einem weißen Vorhang sehr unschön. Die Anfrage beim Kundenservice brachte ein völlig unpersönliches und nicht Kunden orientiertes Standardmail. Kundenbindung sieht wahrlich anders aus

Stoff, sieht gut aus
Lärmschutz, kein nennenswerter Effekt.
Klimaschutz, gegeben.
Werbung, kommt ab dem ersten besuch reichlich und überall

Wir haben Schallschutzvorhänge perfekt genäht und einwandfrei geliefert bekommen. Leider hören wir nur nichts von ihrer Schallschutzfunktion im Schlafzimmer vs. den Straßengeräuschen.

Am 29.06.2020 habe ich 2 Vorhänge bestellt. Sie waren online verfügbar. Bis heute, 09.07.2020 keine Lieferung. Nur eine Update Mail, dass die Ware nicht verfügbar ist und ich warten soll. Keine weiteren Nachrichten bis jetzt. Einen direkten Kontakt gibt es nicht. Wenn die Ware in den nächsten 4 Tagen nicht kommt, werde ich stornieren. Service unterste Schublade!

Gardinen in meiner Wunschbreite auf Maß bestellt. Gekommen sind 2 Schals, mit insgesamt 75cm zu wenig. Angeblich, weil man die Breite der Gardinenstange hätte angeben sollen, nicht die Wunschbreite des Schals. Reklamation abgelehnt. 240,- umsonst gezahlt. Nie wieder!

Die Lieferung erfolgte unmittelbar nach der Bestellung. Eine Teilrücksendung wurde ohne Beanstandung akzeptiert und der Betrag wurde schnell erstattet.

Awful. Messed up my order completely then refused to refund or exchange. Currently seeking refund through PayPal as when I tried to resolve with their customer service team they were next to useless. Complete waste of money and from what I read below they don’t even work as noice cancellation

Beware! If you are not satisfied with the product, you must pay your own return postage fees. Since the products they sell are often very heavy, these fees can add up. Not satisfied with this level of service. Not a modern web shopping company.
