Incredible experience from starts to finish!
I prefer my stunning bed and within 3 days it was delivered and everything included which was needed to erect and build.
The delivery team were fantastic and customer service was on point from the moment of purchase and even after delivery when I asked questions regarding aftercare of the bed material.
Super happy and would 100% recommend

We received our bed at nearly 12am at night when it came, we couldn't believe they were delivering at these times. When we put the bed up the headboard wasn't even touching together as it was split in two parts and there was no bolts or holes to fit any bolts to put it close together. When we put the head board up there was black marks and blood steins all over. I have emailed customer services and no reply. Would not recommend this company. Look at reviews before you order anywhere.

Great bed ….. but … poor communication , no confirmation emails , started worry 5 days in . Eventually bed arrived with no instructions! Sort communication out and add instructions I’d of given 5 stars .

got a bed delivered parts missing footboard holes headboard holes didn't aling up the told me to drill holes and unscrew and move brackets , they also didn't send me brackets to keep the airlift bolted together al these parts were meant to be then delivered and someone would fit no discount offered this took weeks and to this day i've still
never got the parts that was a year ago and have the cheeck to text ask for a review so here is an honest review of my experience

Delivery came way before expected such fast delivery, when delivered one of the parts where wrong and the customer service team was amazing and sent out the right parts before it was even supposed to be delivered in the first place originally ! X

Our bed was delivered on time and we absolutely love it we went for a luxury bed and it’s exactly what we wanted. Good price too

The bed we ordered is lovely and better than we expected, we went for a gas lift with an extra tall headboard and it looks so nice in our new bedroom. Very solid and well made and the gas lift is very sturdy not flimsy at all.

Delivery was nice and quick, but we noticed one part was missing when we went to build it. Thankfully, when we phoned the delivery guy, he said he had found the part on his van & came back later to deliver said part. All in all, we were sceptical, but we ended up being very happy and would consider buying another bed from Moorcroft beds when we do our sons room in the near future

P.S We did end up having to pay an extra £5 for the fabric samples we ordered originally before placing our order, as the postage wasn’t paid… but this wasn’t a big deal

Literally no complaints. Price was great. Delivery time was great and as promised. Bed looks great and luxurious. All parts were there and mattress very firm just how we wanted

My review is based on only having my bed for coming up 2 months. The service was excellent. Delivery was amazing and communication from purchase to arrival was fantastic no complaints. The delivery guys both outstanding, supportive and helpful. As for the bed, I am so far 100% satisfied, it is beautiful and the quality looks and feels amazing. I would recommend this company

Very bed service we bought it bed from them no phone call working invalid email eventually after two weeks it’s arrived half part is missing

The bed itself is lovely and the company were very helpful in making sure it was delivered the day we moved house.

However, the bed was delivered with the promise of assembly. The delivery driver was leaving and we asked was it not getting built, to be told the person building it had just left glasgow (1 hour from us). This was at 7pm
3 hours later there was still nobody there to assemble it
We messaged the company numerous times but were ignored.
We ended up having to get it built ourselves only to discover there was nothing to hold the headboard together
Again contacted the company and after numerous messages they promised to send the missing parts out
This was 8 months ago and we have still never received the parts or an explanation as to why nobody ever turned up to assemble the bed.

The bed is amazing, it makes me proud to show my room to my family and friends. The bed came quite quick with not a lot to do, one part was damaged and they replaced it in the same week without hesitation. I tell everyone about them. I would say I wish they had better delivery men as I had to drag the bed across the landing on my own due to the delivery men refusing to even help me out of the lift with the 3 heavy prices. None the less I love my bed nearly a year in ❤️

5 star service , price was very good for an ottoman bed and a very comfortable bed . Would definitely buy again . I love the look of my new Super Kingsize bed. Bed was built in about 10 minutes .

Fast delivery, helpful delivery driver, lovely stylish modern bed. Daughter loves and didn’t want to get up today as super comfy. Thank you will defo order again from you xx

I wouldn’t even say it deserves one star to be completely honest. Shocking company. Avoid at all costs. Half of our bed delivered with a squint headboard to then wait a week for the second part to be delivered, for that NOT to fit in the original part we were given. Not to mention the customer service team are impossible to get a hold off and when you do eventually speak to someone they are nothing short of rude and not understanding in the slightest. Yes we now have received our refund but that is the least they could’ve done, as we didn’t even receive an apology for all of the mess they caused a young couple moving into there first home. Avoid avoid avoid! Don’t take the risk like we did!

Haven’t ordered yet but deciding if we should as tv beds only go up to 44” I wish they went up to 50 and I would have ordered by now. Hoping this changes in the new future so I can order :)

I ordered the bed which went through quickly. I tried to contact the company several times to clarify the colour! No answer at all. I contacted to say that the end of my bed was not as expected, no response. On the day of delivery I was told it would be between 7pm and 9pm. Although late I agreed because I had emptied the room. The bed arrived at 10.55 after I called to ask where it was. The driver said he was running late so did I still want it! When it arrived it took 1/2 hour for it to be actually in the house. The next day my husband attempted to put the bed up with a friend! It was a complete debacle, could read the instructions because they were faded and there we loads of spare parts- so confusing.
I sent a message the next day about the base. This is 3 weeks later and still no reply! Absolutely disgraceful service from start to end!
