Bought my bed from Morecroft it’s absolutely fantastic. The mattress is firm. I’m truly happy so far. I have no problems. My bed looks fantastic. I would recommend this company to whoever is interested. They aren’t really good beds and fantastic prices.

Communication could be better but the service was excellent and the product really good. Overall get happy. Good delivery and assembly service.

Didn’t like colour of first, replaced for alternate the week after, headboard was slightly damaged and within hours booked new slot. Great customer service… no fuss and very responsive

Low quality bed and had to return it. Only good point is that they did collect and refund us.

Brought two beds. One unfortunately came damaged.
Rang them and they replaced within a couple of days.
Couldn't ask for more.

We adore our bed. We got a mattress elsewhere. The delivery was on time and drivers were extremely moany and unhelpful and having to hire a builder to redeliver the bed into the bedroom was somewhat frustrating but this isn’t the bed fault - the bed is a 10/10 so after the delay in not being able to sleep on it we’re super happy!

Beds great I brought the gas lift on one side doesn’t work I tried to ring company no answer and email no response

I had a very horrible experience with moorcroft bed. The site doesn’t help with distinguishing what bed piping is. Ordered the bed design I wanted but got a different design which came with a wooden frame but on the website it showed a flat base. I had to pay extra £30 to get a base… I was so mad. The journey to get the right one with the customer care was a horrendous one filled with bad attitude from the customer care Danny. He even scolded at me at some point and I wondered why he was even a customer care rep. Zero respect for complaints. My reorder took over 3 weeks to get to me and they came in pieces even week. So appalling. Ever ordering from here again!!!!

The bed I wanted was well-priced and the delivery service went well. Assembly was straightforward and with a new mattress on the base I'm very happy. It looks great!

*Worth flagging, I ordered a headboard the wrong size - they switched it within 48 hours, no quibble.

I ordered a bed from Moorcroft Beds (Order #MCB117273) on 4 October. The wrong bed was delivered twice, despite clear communication and assurances that the issue would be resolved. Each delivery involved significant inconvenience, including moving heavy parts myself and reorganising my home and work commitments to accommodate returns.

I have received a refund, which I appreciate, but the experience revealed poor coordination between Moorcroft and their logistics partner (AITHD) and inadequate quality checks before dispatch. I hope the company reviews its internal processes to ensure future customers receive the correct products the first time.

Saw a few negative feedback about Moorcroft however my experience from the moment I ordered my bed was 1st class, communication was great right up till the day of delivery in 6 working days of my order

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it said it would be here for the 12-16 of September which never came I was the told it would be delivered today which is the 20th and it's still not here they told me it would come between 1 and 5 no email no nothing I'm absolutely shocked with the communication and the reviews really speak for them self

I haven't ordered yet but was going to order a bed but the negative feedback has put me off and wont be ordering now.thank you people for saving me from all the potential headaches

5 weeks still no bed, I've rang and emailed but nothing, I'm a bit jealous of those that have received a bed, I'd take one with no instructions and wrong colour as it stands, beats a mattress on the floor!

Ordered a cloud bed can’t get tracking to work no answer on phone and 3mail returned contacting bank to get a payment reversal do no use owner anwar mehmood and people sent ….,,,,

Ordered the haven super king bed and what we received is nothing like what is pictured online. The bed frame also has numerous marks. I have emailed moorcroft beds and had zero response. I highly discourage ordering from them. The reviews speak for themselves
