GAMECHANGERS
These guys are changing the game. I had never heard of them before until CHAT GPT found them and put them in a search I asked it to do. With all the crooksinos out there I was skeptical at first. They give $5 free to start and their welcome package is the BEST in the market $20 got me 48 sweep coins. Hit the redemption minimum ($50 the first time) like 5 mins later and went to go redeem. I didn’t put my card information in correctly and their system locked my card. Went to live chat had it fixed in 2 mins (twice). Pressed the redeem button and LITERALLY before the page was done loading money was in my account. Now the minimum is $100 to redeem I hit that as well went to redeem it was the same way. Money was in My account before the site finished “buffering” This was the smoothest and fastest redemption I have seen. They are exactly and you want and expect out of a casino. Thanks guys keep up the good work!!! The next test will be a redemption more than $1000 will update this review accordingly.

I had so much fun here when I first signed up it was so much thrill associated with the winnings along with the patterns of the slots!  Unfortunately that moment only lasted one time every time I go back and put money in it now it’s like no thank you you’re not welcome. Maybe things will get better one day.:(

Great site or app to win real money and fast payout by a Social Casino I've ever seen.
For starters Moozi has a wide choice's of games to choose from, but it was how fast my redemption hit my bank account, I withdraw to my Bank debit card and it was literally instant. I redeemed and by time I logged in to my Banking app my money was already in my account. I love this casino.

Do not use Moozi if you play for real amounts
Simply put - Don't play here, and especially not if you play for anything more than pocket change. I've played and redeemed large amounts on numerous other sites, all with better support, transparency, and more efficient redemption processes.
Moozi holds large winnings for a security / verification check for an indefinite amount of time and will not provide any detail as to the reasoning. Twice in the past month I've won amounts > $5,000 and when attempting to withdraw was met with a message stating the function was restricted. I reached out to support multiple times during both reviews and the only information provided are generic customer service responses. Their chat system is obviously AI-driven, so don't expect any real information should you find yourself in a similar situation, or a different one requiring support.
Their initial email stated the process "takes up to 5 business days" for review and in both cases the restriction went far beyond that (one still ongoing at double that length of time)
Customer support claims to have no direct communication with the team responsible for reviewing the win / redemption. During this process the SC are available to play. It's a deceptive business practice geared toward not paying out legitimate wins and taking advantage of their customers

It’s a scam. I hit $11000 and. Then. There was a bunch of bullshit. They. Put a restriction on my redemption so I couldn’t redeem it. Then tried to keep me quiet about it. With. Complimentary sc. that I then didn’t win a dime on. Then. A week later then said I violated there terms. And terminated my account. Said I could appeal it but give no information how todo so. Im honestly dissatisfied with this casino. I spent a lot of money on moozi but. They still didn’t care. It’s instant redemption for. $100 But if you win big. Be ready to get your account terminated.
