I ordered this product which I found extremely flimsy, I have attempted several times to contact them asking for a return and refund and have had zero response from them

Ordered on 6th July 2026, still waiting for order. Customer service does not exist! No communication despite several emails. Have requested a refund and still no response!! Extremely disappointed. Will never use again.

Dont know what it's like yet. Ordered a week ago. Still getting it ready appatently. Cannot find order on tracking!!! Will try and get in touch.

I ordered my mop 13th of July. Should be with me on the 16th. Its 22nd and still haven't. No money, no mop. I contacted the mop pro twice no answer.

Ordered my Mop Pro 14 days ago, chased up 3 times by email and still no response. Terrible customer service

Poor product- velcro comes off so unable to use the pad after a few uses, the bucket lid also comes off. Basically it's awful. Customer service is shocking too. No response to emails. Some response via Facebook messenger but refusing to give a refund!! Avoid!!

Please don’t buy from this company. It’s a con, and you won’t get your money back!

Disgraceful customer service! Ordered on 3 July and haven't received my order. When I check my order nothing has changed since 3 July which just says getting ready for dispatch. The money has been taken from my bank account.
I have sent 3 emails but have had no response to any.
My last email asked to cancel the order and provide a refund but I'm also going to contact my bank and see if I can get my money refunded through them.
My advice to anyone is to avoid this company as their service is appalling.

Ordered a mop on 2 July, money taken on card but no mop. Emailed the company 3 times no reply and now can’t get on the website. Buyers beware!!! Now contacting Amex to cancel payment try and get my money back
This product finally arrived unannounced and I have asked Amex to pay them. The mop is rather flimsy probably not worth the money so disappointing

I ordered mop Pro 2 weeks ago and have not received the product yet. I have sent 2 emails with no response. Very poor show Mop-pro.co

I have an update. I paid via PayPal. They refunded me the money for the mop, and then low and behold, I received an email from Evri to say my mop would be delivered the following day. I received it. Its a bit Flimsy, but the bucket is slim and uts light and easy to use. I authorised PayPal to pay, despite no response from mop pro.

Had no response from this company about my order , sent 4 emails but nothing !! Im guessing it's a scam that's cost me £27.98 😠 so my advice would be stay clear

Feels like a scam.
Ordered 5th June, with a 2-day delivery.
5 days later, no mop, and zero communication from the company.
When I attempted to track my order on their website using my order number, it said the order doesn’t exist.
Emailed - 24 hours later, no reply.
Called - phone number is disconnected.

AVOID - even if this is a bona fide company, they do not deserve custom when they behave like this.

I’m not going to waste my time trying to communicate with them - I disputed the charge with AMEX and already have the money back in my account.

Very flimsy and the top dowsnt stay firm on the bottom, kept pulling off on use and became annoying very quickly.
The mop itself worked well it was the bucket/lid that was not strong enough

I am giving it 1 star as method should work well but after a couple of use pad start to fall apart I have emailed and by right should offer a refund as this not acceptable but not getting any response. Def would not purchase from them again and would advise no one to

Ordered a mop, took money out of bank account, still no mop, no tracking number, avoid this place, multiple emails and no response. Absolutely disgusting. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Can anybody from Mop Pro answer the enquiry I sent two days ago asking about where is my product delivery which Evri said they would deliver last week.

So easy to use and clean the floors and wall tiles probably French doors too. Just perfect 😍

Great lightweight easy

It’s a great concept and overall I really like the slimline mop and ‘bucket’, which is much easier to store. The other benefit related to the mop heads that can be washed and dried very easily. The only problem I have encountered is that when I pull the mop out of the ‘dry’ side the top flap pops off. It’s a bit of a nuisance but it’s still a very handy bit of equipment.

Very happy with my mop.
The simplest things are often the very best.
The design is simple and easy to use. Is what we want, no complications.
It cleans very well, the size is great and fits anywhere. I’m happy with my purchase.
