We set up our drawdown arrangement a few years back very efficiently and subsequent requests for further drawdown amounts have all been dealt with without any issues. My first time with equity release so a bit concerned about the process but it was excellent from start to finish and was done within one month. Everything was explained fully and in great detail, time was given me to go over details I questioned. All the staff were friendly, helpful and well informed, they kept me updated with everything and when I could expect the money being deposited into my bank. I felt no stress and was even informed of things I didn't know I was able to claim. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have had our lifetime mortgage for a few years now and it has always been straight forward to draw down funds without issues. A little confusion this time as when I phoned the message stated it was easier and quicker to apply on line, so that is what we did. Waited a few days and got an email to say we had to verbally agree to the draw down. Spoke to a very helpful gentleman who didn't seem to know about the phone message but took my details and could see my application. We then received paperwork through the post but then completed and signed online. All went through ok as usual, so I think next time I shall skip the online application and continue on the phone as everyone I speak to is always very helpful.

Our request for a further drawdown was completed with speed and efficiency. We are extremely impressed and would like to thank Tracy Curzon for enabling it to happen. Much appreciated.

Would have no qualms recommending this company for equity release. All staff have been helpful and Diane Perrin confirmed the day after postal signature returned when funds are to be released.

I took out a Life Mortgage with more2life a couple of years ago and have found it excellent.
I recently applied for a drawdown and got a reply within a few days. I have been kept informed throughout the process by Tracy Curzon who was very helpful.
I have also spoken to customer services a couple of times and both representatives were friendly, polite and professional so overall I would recommend this company highly.

It took a while to get a response from the company. 3 or 4 attempts! Quickly told the process was going through, in the end. However, had to wait a while again before we heard all was approved. Docusign is quick and easy. Then another wait before money finally came through. I suppose lots of checks have to be made. All good in the end.
