Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. Purchased a 2 night ‘luxury’ stay in Orlando at a premium universal hotel. Paid in advance. Arrived and the hotel room was full of vomit on the carpet and blood stains on the bathroom curtain. Was told by management to contact morerooms as they are the agent. They have offered 25% refund when the room was totally uninhabitable.
I would never use them again. They respond to customer enquiries once a week, normally from a New York number on a Saturday evening. Avoid avoid avoid

Fake listing on their website. Beware.
I booked a hotel from their website and paid full. After few minutes I got a call saying that the hotel you booked is no longer available. The sales started to upsell with a higher price and convince me that they cannot do anything to give me the same price. The sales knows that the money is blocked from my card and there was no other for me to book another hotel but to go through him. I decided not to proceed with them. Unfortunately the money I paid was blocked till they will release it.

Was easier than I thought it would be!
Due to unexpected work schedule changes I found it necessary to cancel my husband’s reservation. I was lucky to land Theo as the associate that answered my call. He was courteous & quick with resolving my dilemma…thank you for your help, Theo!

I made a reservation and needed to cancel it several days later. I called in and talked to Alvin Smith and he was very helpful and professional in taking care of my request. He ensured I received the refund e-mail before we ended our call. Great customer service!

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.
If the price is too good to be true, trust your gut instinct because in my case it was. One hour after booking they advised rooms no longer available for my dates. Back on their website the same room was available but at near double the original price.
Yes, they will refund you in 3-4 working days, so having worked in finance for years, this is an underhand way for this company to have use of your funds for that period.
Disgusting practice and should be deemed as criminal.
Now been on an epic email trail with this company with all the bland scripted responses fired back at me. Nothing they say or do will take away from the fact that this company engages in crooked fishing expeditions. They dangle that too good to be true price, reel you in, debit your account then advise booking could not be completed.
Managed to book with a rival booking website at a smidge over their cheap price, would even have paid double the original with another company rather then touch this company ever again.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
Follow on from this. The cheap rate is still showing, would be interesting to see if they “actually exist”.
Refund processed 2 days later, so they had use of funds for 2 days.

I made a silly mistake when booking my hotel room. Accidentally book a twin room not a double. Contact more rooms and Kevin Stuart was brilliant sorting a double room for me. Great communication.

I unfortunately took a chance despite the reviews and got a cancellation back! These kind of companies should not be operating as im now back to square one.
This is the response i got from them..
‘Please be advised that the room type selected for the booking could not be confirmed as it was sold out during the booking process. Thereby we have initiated the full refund of the booking amount 249.08 GBP Normally, it takes 2 working days for the credit to reflect in your card. However, it may take 5-7 working days depending on your bank’s clearance policy’

Theo has been incredible
Theo has been incredible, we had a really disappointing visit to a hotel in Portugal, we arrived to what we thought was going to be a 5* hotel, it was certainly not! We got Theo on the phone and he sorted it out for us immediately and we were able to get our money back and go to a new hotel the morning after we arrived.
He has been in touch since to make sure we are receiving communication from the hotel and updating us accordingly!
I can’t fault Theo or the team!
Would recommend booking with them!

Amazing customer service
My husband had a room booked for a hotel in Prague and had to cancel at the very last minute due to family emergency. We thought it would be a nightmare to try getting any money back but the company was amazing. Very understanding, efficient and transparent, they kept us updated along the way. Would certainly use this company again and recommend them 100%.
